Please FIRE your front desk person or whoever answers the phone. She is BEYOND RUDE. I have no clue why the doctor would have someone like her represent her hard earned business and practice just for them to run it into the ground. That lady is a friggin nightmare and seems to be the common complaint when it comes to patient satisfaction on other sites.

I agree with others about her front office person. She is beyond rude, and unprofessional! I also had to go through an "interview" by said front person to be seen as a new patient. It took two times, and when I was finally admitted they canceled three times on me! I must say that I found Dr. Allbritton to be extremely personable, and she was very patient and took her time talking and listening to me.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Dr. Allbritton not because of the quality of her practice of medicine, but because she allows her front office staffer to continue to disrespect patients & their needs. "Cat" does not return phone calls left on office voicemail, but denies receiving any messages. She is abrasive, crude and uncaring -- as many of the other reviewers here have stated. My mom had died & I called to make an appointment & "Cat" told me to "call back when I composed myself" & hung up

I agree with the other reviews about the secretary. I’ve told the Dr. before, but she doesn’t seem to care. Cancels last minute ALL THE TIME! Doesn’t return crisis calls or emails. Did not send records requested by SSA. Does not refill meds even though she cancels on you.

Worst Dr ever ! Also , her secretary extremely rude ! This Dr canceled at least 3 of my appts at the last minute , literally an hour before my appt .... calling in sick ! Then her secretary would make it impossible to reschedule , I would always get the machine . Secretary’s demeanor very unprofessional . Do not go to this horrible place , you’ve been warned !

Can't even bother to call patients back, have to go through a ridiculous "screening" process just to potentially see the doctor...Either you're accepting new patients or not. Don't bother, waste of time.

What a joke. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and was told that this doctor only prescribes medication. She does not talk to her patients. What kind of psychiatrist prescribes medication to patients without also talking to them to diagnose their particular problem(s).

I think Dr. Allbritton is a very good doctor. She is very caring and understanding. The only thing I would say that is negative at all is her front desk person. I shouldn't use foul Language and I won't, but she is the nastiest, ugliest, uncaring person I met in my life. If it wasn't for Dr. Allbritton's care, I would have found another doctor a long time ago. If you happen to come to this office I would recommend not holding back at the front desk. She could use some constructive criticism.

woman at the front desk is one of the rudest and condescending people I have ever met. Trying to get in to see the doctor is like pulling teeth. My son was home from college for Thanksgiving , and when I tried to get him an appointment for the time he would be home, no such luck! , Lady at the front desk wouldn't even try to work with us, so my son could not get his ADHD medications. He will have to take his finals in December without his meds. Very disappointed!

Dr. Allbritton is great. Her office staff -- not so much. The woman who works the front desk and answers phone calls is rude and condescending. When a patient is in crisis you need someone who handles calls with tact and concern, not be defensive and tell someone to call back when they pull themselves together. I am rating two stars based on my interactions with the office staff. Otherwise Dr. Albritton deserves 4 stars.

Great Doctor shows caring and compassion

Call to try to schedule an appointment and you get told to call back in 2 weeks and they will discuss it then. Seriously, you are taking new patients but call back in two weeks to begin the process and wait.
