Dr. Russell Otto, MD

Could not believe the amount of time spent going through all of my issues to try and weed out what the actual cause of my sinus issues were. Unlike a lot of practices Dr. Otto and his staff take the time to really understand the patient, their medical history as well as their symptoms before recommending any treatment plan. Highly recommend this group and Dr. Otto.

Staff friendly and answered my questions. Also Dr took time to explain everything and did not rushed through.

Staff was outstanding. Dr Otto was professional except passing information. Would not disclose findings/observations-just insisted on a referral to another ENT. That turned out to be unnecessary and led to many questions on turmoil due lack of information

I had a tube put in my left ear and had no problems

I felt as though I was treated like second class just because I have Humana insurance. I cheerfully paid $154 cash for an ear cleaning my general practitioner could have done for a $5 copay. I got the impression I was being "run off" since my insurance is not in Dr. Otto's network. I was a repeat customer, waited two months for an appointment. When he was done slowly picking at my ear with an instrument, and I was ready to leave, Dr. Otto had me sit back down in the room so a nurse could come "escort me out"...? I came away feeling pretty weird about the whole experience.

One of the best doctors I have ever been to. He actually LISTENS when I talk to him about what issues I am having and responds accordingly. I was having a horrible prolonged period of congestion and cough that I had been to my general practitioner about 5 times in less than two months. I went to Dr. Otto and he listened to everything I was dealing with and what I had tried. Then he used a camera to check my throat and was very thorough in his explanation of what he believed what happening and how to go about resolving the issue. After that I decided to get my deviated septum surgically corrected by him and both the surgery and recovery went perfectly. He is great at giving detailed explanations for everything and my favorite thing is I feel heard as a patient. He always listens and takes when I have to say I to consideration. I cannot day enough positive things about being one of his patients. I highly recommend this practice. The staff are also friendly and extremely helpful!

Took the time to ensure my needs were well taken care of. Not a rush out the door doctor. If you want quick, go to a Doc N The Box. If you want results, come here. Highly recommended.

Good Doctor and friendly staff. My 2 appointments with the Dr thus far have resulted in wait times of 1 hour for first appt and 35 minutes past schedule for second appt. There seems to be little concern for keeping appointments on, or even close to, schedule. Otherwise, patient care has been good. His EMT support for weekly allergy shots is excellent.

Good luck with trying to get an appointment. Office staff is rude and would not accept my referral from the insurance. Wow the worst experience I have ever had, too bad for Dr. Otto I will not recommend.

i've been a patient of dr. otto since 2009 for an auditory issue, i now see him for allergy treatments and am always impressed with the quality of care and staff attention that i get while i'm there. i won't go to another ent or allergy specialist as long as i'm in this area. dr. otto believes in the "whole picture" approach when it comes to a patient's health care. i recommend him to my friends whenever they need an ent/allergy specialist.

Dr. Otto's staff is very helpful and friendly. The allergy treatments have improved my overall health and wellness.

Dr. Otto was very professional and helpful in discovering and diagnosing my allergy problems. I have frequented many different doctors for my issues, so, I am very thankful that Dr. Otto was finally able to figure out what has been ailing me for years.

He was very good about thinking outside of the box for treatments and listening to my questions and ideas.

Dr Otto listened, spent time with me, made recommendations and I'm much better today, thanks to him. He has a very caring staff as well.

Dr. Otto is a very intuitive doctor. He took time to explain in detail what I needed to know about my visit. He answered any questions I had and was very thorough. I would recommended him to anyone. He is worth the phone call.

Never got to meet the doctor but he should know what goes on at his office. We waited for an appointment for my mother for over a week and had given insurance info on the phone when the appointment was made.They called today( to say the office manager is CHOOSING not to take her kind of united healthcare medicare. I am trying to get hearing aids for my mother and this is the care we get. It would be nice if someone cared.
