Emergency visit at LL. Dr. Hatt explained my condition, treatment options and pros/cons of surgery. He also explained the bureaucratic red tape I was facing with my insurance. He listens, and provides the facts (both good and bad) that allow you to make a well-informed decision about your health care. Absolutely recommend.
