Dr. Ruslana Kadze, MD

Do NOT go. My son had markers during 20 wk scan, instead of comforting me, she told me coldly to prepare for the worst. After more extensive scanning and amniocentesis, it was determined my son was fine. Next, she fat shamed me and told me chunky babies aren't cute. Following, she suggested a c section due to baby measuring “large” and scared me into it by telling me his collar bone can break & death. Young, naive, & first time mom I obliged. My son was 8 pounds. Large but not undoable. I have an anxiety disorder, she was aware. During c section she was late to surgery & started the surgery WITHOUT my husband in the room. During follow up in hospital she barely tended to me and sat on my bed texting. She circumcised my son. There was extensive bleeding and a disgustingly incorrect procedure that caused a fistula. To fix her mistake, he needed hypospadias repair surgery at CHOA at 11 months old. I would never wish this experience on a first time mom or any mother and child. Do not go.

I had my initial visit with Dr. Kadze for my first pregnancy and it was mostly good and I believe this was due to the fact that I was a new patient. However, I realized after the second and third appointments that she was not a good fit for me. I always had to wait at least 10 or more minutes to start my appointment and then they would be rushed with no time for questions. She also had a very blasé attitude about my pregnancy and didn't show much excitement or care at all. Overall, I was not comfortable with her bedside manner. In addition, every time I would go in for a visit, her staff would ACTUALLY complain to me about their unhappiness working there. This was when I realized that this was not a good working environment and that I needed to start my search for a new OBGYN.

I went to Dr. KadZe for my first pregnancy in 2020. She was so wonderful that I switched insurance plans to have her for my second pregnancy in 2022. I gave birth to my second two weeks ago and had another wonderful experience. You’ll never forget the care you received as a pregnant woman/new mom. She is a staunch patient advocate and cares for you like you’re her family.

I went in with a horrible pelvic infection and an ovarian cyst. She did not run any tests, swabs or cultures to rule out infection before sending me right for surgery with a different provider (an obgyn-oncologist). While waiting to have the surgery performed my infection continued to get worse, I should have been on antibiotics the entire time leading up to my surgery. After my surgery my surgeon asked me why infection wasn’t ruled out by my obgyn? I said I have absolutely no idea, but Ruslana did not run any tests on me. My pelvic infection was so bad after my surgery I had to be rushed to the hospital multiple times. I followed up with my surgeon and he explained to me I need to follow up with my primary obgyn in regards to this infection (Ruslana). It was practically impossible to get the office on the phone to make an appointment. Finally I was able to make an appointment , but Ruslana made it a point to call me and cancel the appointment. she didn’t want to see me or help me.

I simply don't recommend her and her office. The office is rude an not efficient. She will make you spend money to refill prescriptions and corner you if you do not. She also is unorganized and quick to tell you to get another doctor if you complain to her about anything. Her attitude trickles down to her staff and calling there is a nightmare.

Dr. Kadze is simply amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, ensuring, and has a great bedside manner. She guided me throughout my pregnancy and delivered my twin girls. I carried them to almost full term, and Dr. Kadze played a great role in it. She instilled confidence in me and was always there if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Kadze! I truly can't thank her enough.

Amazing doctor. Attentive and knowledgeable. She spent so much time with me addressing a complex problem. I never feel rushed by her.

know this review is overdue. But I had to come and review my doctor. She is by far the best OB in town. She delivered two of my kids nine and 11 years ago. And not only that but she saved my life twice. The best part about that is that she was so calm cool and collected that I didn’t even know that something was wrong. She has the best bedside manner and is always available to talk. She does have a busy practice and that may be why her front office doesn’t Always sound like Disneyland but that just means they are busy and trying to be diligent. Doesn’t make them rude. She has had the same staff for over a decade and they are great. I would recommend all my family and friends to her.

Dr. Kadze has to be one of the most caring physicians I have ever encountered. At 20 weeks, we unfortunately experienced an unforeseen trauma that was out of Dr. Kadze's control. Within 24 hours we basically experienced the birth and passing of my son. Throughout this process, although traumatic, she went above and beyond to ensure I received the best care and support needed to endure this emotional roller coaster. Her beside manner was like non other and I am forever grateful for that extra so

There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Kadze- She’s extremely professional, has fantastic bedside manners and truly cares for her patients. Her office is busy with patients, but my wait time is still very reasonable. When she sees me she is always courteous and takes time answering my many many questions!

This doctor did not want to hear anything about my medical history, was extremely short and unconcerned. Cold to the point of being rude. Appeared to hate being a doctor and having to deal with patients. Openly promoted BOTOX, Fillers and Liposuction....and get this, she is a gynecologist!! Total B-word. Her exam room was also being used as storage for boxes and household items. The staff was actually nice but the Doctor sucked. After waiting in a nasty waiting room for 33 min..DO NOT USE!!!
