Efficient office visit; digital check-in available
Dr. Patel immediately called my prescription into my pharmacy after my visit. She listened to my concerns and ordered a PT referral which I received confirmation within 48 hours. The office was extremely busy with patients arriving early and late for appointments as well as patients refusing to use the digital check-in. This office seems to be very efficient, but slowed tremendously when having to cater to unruly and self-involved patients.

Stay away find another doc
The office is horrible. The staff are rude. They never answer or return calls. Dr. Patel states she is internal med but can’t even handle a simple hormone replacement refill which I have taken for over 20 years and was prescribed by another internal medicine doctor in the same practice for over 10 years. Absolutely ridiculous to send me to another doctor for this simple need and waste my precious time. My time is just as valuable as hers. Stay clear unless you want referrals for your simple basic needs. Awful excuse for a physician.
