Dr. Rupa Pachigolla is very caring I really like her. However her receptionist is very rude to me everytime I go in for an appointment or if I need to stop by for a medical problem. I really don't want to switch Dr's. But I am at my end with the receptionist .. ...

Went in for fluid in the ear for 4 months, he said he could drain it and it wouldn't hurt. it hurt so bad but I was hopeful. that night I had the chills and body aches I called and left a message and was called back and was told I will call you right back after speaking to dr never got a call back until the next day in which they closed early. left another message. body aches, dizzy, nausea ear pain for 5 days. called the emergency line a hour later I went to a urgent care by that time the dr did call me back and said you need meds I told him where to send it I still saw the dr at the urgent care, got a shot for pain and nausea, went to pick up meds and they never got it so I called the ent dr back he said oops I called it to the wrong pharmacy. waited...nothing they started to close so called again, he then said he would call. I will NEVER see this dr again. he didnt tell me I wouldn't hear after, the pain he said lasts for a few minutes. never in my life have I experienced

Today I saw Dr. Ravi Pachigolla; however, both doctors are extremely professional and nice. I have been living in Stephenville for a year now; but I refuse to change physicians. Dr. Rupa is very knowledgeable and is always willing to listen to me. She answers all questions on a level of my understanding. I would totally recommend her to anyone needing a new doctor.

If you are looking for a ENT Specialist in I highly recommend Dr. Pachigolla. He was very kind, and honest he made us feel very comfortable. He did an outstanding job on my son procedure. I have a healthy & happy little boy now and that is the best feeling in the world!
