The the wait was not that bad in the reception area, but the first girl that did the exam have very bad attitude and impatient. The first room on the right hand side who did the exam for customer was very rude and not helpful. We will never go back to this place.

it a really bad doctor, my father schedule cataract surgery with this dr. yuan. but instead of her, this young doctor doing it for her. when my father trying to convict her that wasn't her, my father told me, dr yuan start getting upset and avoid his question. plus the receptionist very bad attitude and rude. the girl that went to the surgery center, even worst, her English was bad and translated the wrong thing for my father until i ask the nurse can i translate for my father. there appointment was bad too, their waiting area space small and appointment was packed, I don't see any social distance at all. I will not recommended this office.

What’s the point of even making an appointment to be seen? I knew I should have went elsewhere when it took me over 2 hours to be seen the first time. I decided to give them another chance and yet I’m sitting here waiting 2+ hours again and still haven’t been seen
