My partner and I went to see Dr Owen for your typical annual exam. He was friendly enough, but do not be fooled. The whole thing has been a complete disaster. First we got charged for consultation, when it should have been part of our annual visit. We have also received multiple bills from the various labs and bloodwork because things were not filed correctly. You would think this would be an easy fix. Well, getting in touch with the office in any way is quite impossible. They almost never answer their emails or their phones. And to be honest, when they do answer their phones the office staff isn?t friendly or understanding. The amount of time I have had to spend trying to get this resolved is ridiculous, and at this point in time it is still not fixed. I finally paid for the medical bill from his office, but am continuing to fight over the lab and bloodwork bills. We will never return and I truly hope you don’t either.

I liked Dr. Owen, but I do not like his practice. I saw him once and went fo an MRI on my shoulder that he ordered. I the interim, I was told by someone on his staff, that we was 'on hold' with my insurance company and woild not see me to give me the MRI results or treat me unless I paid out of pocket.Since then I have had two telehealth appointments hoping the insurance issue was resovled. At the 1st appointment it was not resolved so I rescheduled. The 2nd appointment they NEVER CALLD ME. (On the patient portal is show 'No-Show', even thought they were supposed to call me!Anyway, Dr. Own seems like a good doctor and I liked him. But ow I'm forced to find a new doctor and my injured should still hasn't received treatment.

He is the one of the most caring, down to earth, doctor I have had in my over 65 years on this planet. He listens, he gives honest advice, and I appreciate that. Sometimes getting through to get an appointment is tough and that is my only concern...but hang in there and just keep calling.

Dr. Owens was my physician for many years before he moved. I have never found a better doctor or a more caring person.

I’ve been in Vegas for over 30 years and Dr. Owen is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever seen. He is caring and funny as well as takes the time to listen to what’s going on and takes into consideration what you want to do. His staff needs some help. I’m not sure if the front desk woman is new or inexperienced but she seems flustered and not quite confident.

Dr. Owen is the best doctor I've seen since moving to Las Vegas. I would recommend him to anyone! Based my new insurance on the fact that he was a provider for Selecthealth.

Wonderful caring Doctor and staff.

Just tried to set up appointment and was on hold for 15 min. Hung up and called back and the same gal (Lori) asked me to go on hold again, "she was busy with other patients". Told her I just need an appointment and she said, "you'll have to wait or call back tomorrow".

At first was great. After getting remarried takes too many personal days off. Don't believe he reads reports from x-rays or other specialist. His staff is a mess. Not calling you to let you know when they have set up appts. to see specialist. They have a tendency to blame their faults on other dr's offices staff. I have spoken to other patient's of his and is becoming a serious concern for them as well. I need a dr. who is more reliable.
