I politely disagreed with his recommendation and advocated for a different approach to address my health issue. He was unprofessional with his responses towards me. He interrupted me several times, unwilling to hear me out or listen to my concerns. I did not feel seen or heard. I did not feel like he had my bests interests in mind. Dr. Rudolph Chang made our video visit unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I left the meeting very upset.

This Chang told me stop getting sick. Was being treated for sinus infection always had facial pain, 2018 I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia.

He is very unprofessional, stubborn doctor. he wont spend time much time and hear your concerns. He wont even respond to emails if you request some lab works. I dont even consider giving one star
