She was very intentive went over all my test results took her time. I’m so glad she was highly recommended by another Drs office, I’m impressed with her professionalism.

It is very difficult to take care of two disabled children who have no one to leave at home with. It is even more difficult to face misunderstanding, and sometimes even outright unwillingness to sympathize at least in order not to be surprised that both children will be present at an appointment scheduled for only one. And this is taking into account that my children are very difficult in behavior. The doctor is attentive and sympathetic not only to the health of the patient (my son), but also to the well-being of the whole family. I have been looking for a new physician and I believe I have found it in Dr. Jhaj. Office staff is courteous and efficient. Wait was minimal, which is a BIG plus for me! Dr. Is kind and attentive, I had a positive experience for my first meeting.

This doctor and her staff made me very comfortable. I got an appointment the day after I called. Was taken into the back on time. She explained everything about my type of insurance and what is required of me and herself. Everyone was super nice and professional.

Dr. Jhaj took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the process for authorizations. She did not make me jump through hoops. She listened and was willing to help me. I can’t wait to continue to follow up with her.

I am one to never trust doctors.....but Dr. Ruby Jhaj has changed my opinion completely! She is the first doctor in my life (68 yrs) who I actually trust and look forward to seeing. Thanks for serving out community doc, I am ever so greatful

Honestly I love Doctor Jhaj!! She hears me, answers my questions and makes me feel comfortable. Unlike other doctors that just try walking in and out, not answering questions leaving me more confused then when I walked in. I definitely recommend her!!

Dr. Jhaj takes the time to listen to you. She is very thorough and so caring. You won't feel rushed, and she respects your time. I highly recommend her. She is my husband's doctor. I am trying to get her as my Physician too.

Listens and understands individual needs and desires. Does not push you to do what you don’t want to do. Willing to try options with your desired treatment.

Gave me a low down of all my info which my doctor’s NP never does thoroughly. Wanted me to give a urine sample without having sterile wipes in the office which would have caused an abnormal test which I would have had to repeat because of not having sterile wipes in the office. Went over my blood tests but seeing that I’m pre-diabetic said I was fine. Kind, but in my opinion, naive. Happy she referred me to tests. Honestly, thinking Part B Medicare is not worth paying for.

She is the best PCP I have had in a very long time!! She listens well and explains everything throughly. I feel comfortable talking to her and she really cares! I highly recommend Dr. Ruby

Dr. Jhaj is very thorough. Any questions I had were answered and I did not feel rushed. Very little wait time and her front office staff are very nice and friendly.
