Not many good doctors accept Tricare, I’m so glad he does. I was so happy to find someone who helped me. I felt really comfortable and listen to in his office. He is busy but my meds and other appointments were never an issue. He was great and helped me through a tough time.

I know he is overworked yet I have learned thru time to respect him.both in office or by.phone we have worked thru many bad situations. Truly appreciate his efforts.

Can never get thru on phone mailbox is always full n if you need your med. You better start a cple weeks ahead to try n get thru to get ur med. Refilled

Dr Salinas does make factual errors.This concerns me greatly as hes typed errors into database that can affect my treatment by him and other doctors. He has treated me with the same med for years but at my most recent appt he cut my dose in half with no explanation. I have never abused the medication, been in any trouble etc. He had confused me with another patient before announcing he was decreasing my med.There are severe withdrawal symtoms to stopping this med. He didn't care. Unprofessional

Dr. Salinas makes factual errors in his clinical notes, & when pointed out to him he refuses to make corrections. Arrogant response.

He goes through receptionist like toilet paper. Average wait time is 2hrs for appointments. He's always late, opens at 8am but doesn't walk in till 11-12. Be prepared to wait for your overdue prescriptions to be filled! Pharmacys in the local area know about his terrible habits and terrible medical practices to make patients wait way after prescriptions are due. Every Receptionist that he's ever had & currently 7/14/2016 never pick up the phone
