great experience
Great bedside manner, very friendly, he explained everything. This doctor really cares and gave good advice. I would recommend him to my friends and family. Front and back office staff are also friendly and helpful.

Unhelpful office visit
Dr Pollack elected to not explain the procedure. Concern was that I needed to be able to walk after the visit. He seemed irritated by our questions (and by us, in general, it seemed) and chose to write a prescription rather than describe the procedure and explain that I could walk out afterwards--which my wife found out later by researching online. Even the prescription was useless to us, as it was almost $100 at the pharmacy, but could be purchased otc online for about $15. Yes, the strength was the same. Not exactly his fault, except that the rx vs. otc info wasn't given (and wouldn't be given by most doctors, I believe.)

Recently diagnosed with Charcot Foot, and was exploring surgical options. Dr. Pollak has a great office manner, took the time to explain his thought process, his observations, and his recommendations. He even got my jokes about this condition (I'm in a "Sharknado Boot.") I felt confident, informed, and relaxes about our treatment path! Assistant Cynthia also had great personal manner. Pleasant visit!!! 5 Stars all around!!

Friendly staff. You see Dr. Pollack ON TIME. Never well after your appointment time. Does not tell you what to do, but offers options for treatments. Had my second foot surgery and healing up from it. Would not consider making a change to another care provider. He often get you in right away if you have an issue.

Proactive, enthusiastic, efficient, straight-talking and, most importantly, knowledgeable doctor. His staff has been no less professional either.
