I was having terrible pain in my elbow. I didn’t know what caused it and it wouldn’t go away so I finally went to the dr. Thankfully I got dr. Diaz. He gave a couple different options and I went with the shot bc I was going on vacation. It took about 4/5 days for my elbow to feel all the way back to normal, but now it’s like it never happened. Thank you so much dr. Diaz!!

Dr. Diaz has treated me as I have needed ever since a horrible auto accident in 2008. I truly believe that he saved me from possibly being in a wheelchair. He is excellent. I would never go to anyone else. And they are wonderful in getting you in when you need him no matter the time length in between visits. Dr Diaz is very caring about his patients. He’s the best.

Nurse Maryann was so nice she explained everything to me .Dr.Diaz was very informative and knew exactly ho to treat my elbow! I had some pain and stiffness after my injection the nurse followed up with me to see if I needed some pain relief meds. I recommend Dr. Diaz to anyone who has bone and joint issues .

Dr. Diaz is a wonderful Dr. I would totally recommend him to anyone needing help with back or neck pain. He is a good listener, kind, professional, caring, efficient and organized. He and his staff wear masks at all times. The office and exam rooms are clean and comfortable. His assistant , Maryanne, is a terrific addition to his practice. She will call you back after you call the office with answers to your questions as she has discussed them with Dr. Diaz. She is very pleasant to deal with as is Dr Diaz. Dr. Diaz is on time and ready to help you as soon as you arrive at his office. I am so thankful that I was given a recommendation for Dr. Diaz from my Physical Therapist when I was having severe back pain and stiffness. He has made it possible for me to once again move my neck and with no pain. I have run out of adjectives so I will finish the way I started, He is Wonderful!!! (PS: I am NOT related to Dr. Diaz although I would be proud to be one of his relatives.).

I was a patient in 2015... I recieved excellent care. I am a patient now 2020. Dr. Diaz is a caring doctor, with a professional staff. After my recent treatments, I feel so much better, just as I did in 2015!

Dr Diaz listens and takes your pain seriously. I had seen two doctors gone to therapy , went to a chiropractor -nothing helped. But Dr Diaz helped. My back feels 100% better

Dr. Diaz helped with pain in my neck and significant pain in my back and hip. After he provided accurate diagnosis and suggested treatment options, I was able to choose what suited my situation best and now have no pain. We may have to have more shots eventually, but I am good for now. His and Maryanne's friendly and caring personalities made the experiences more than tolerable. I knew they cared about making me well.

Dr. Diaz is knowledgeable and concerned about his patients. I see him for a herniated disc and would recommend him to anyone with the same injury.

He and his nurse Maryann are very professional as well as the other staff I dealt with at the office and surgical clinic - just a little different due to the present environment but all took proper safety precautions.

Man....i cant put it into words the service that has Been given to me. Dr. Diaz and his nurse MariAnne have gone through every avenue possible to ensure that I have been comfortable throughout this process. They have explained in detail to me the options at each phase and helped educate me to be able to come to a decision on which way to go on my own. Each time a procedure is performed it is executed flawlessly and professionally. They are a breath of fresh air when it seems like there isn't a positive solution available. If you are fortunate enough to receive this teams care then you are a sure to benefit.

Dr. Diaz and his Marianne are the most pleasant and caring team. They take care of my pain and I am able to get around much better than I could a year ago.
