Dr. Burch was cordial and concerned. He spent time with me before my exam discussing any issues. He has always been kind and professional.

Dr. Burch is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your diagnosis properly where you understand and comes up with the best treatment plan based on your needs. I am so thankful he is my gynecologist after many years of not having a caring doctor who I can trust with my health.

Dr. Burch is fantastic. He was wonderful when I was in the stage of life to deliver my babies & he’s equally wonderful as I’m transitioning into menopause. He’s thoughtful, consultative, & very thorough.

Dr Burch listens to your concerns, is very thorough, and genuinely cares for your wellbeing. I would recommend him to anyone. He delivered both of my babies, and continues to care for my health issues for over 21 years now.

One of the best doctor I ever had. I’m so thankful for him and his team on delivering my son. As a first time mother, he was very kind , patient, a dad joke sense of humor man but a very knowledgeable and humble person that takes his patient’s health very seriously. Definitely would recommend him to anyone that needs care.

The foundation of a good doctor-patient relationship is trust—trust that the doctor will provide appropriate care and trust that the patient is honest about their symptoms. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Roy Burch was anything but that. After he prescribed a 10-day regimen of 10 mg Medroxyprogesterone to thin my 1.6 cm thick endometrial lining, I endured three days of intense cramping and passed large blood clots. Despite this, he refused to prescribe anything for the pain unless I came in for another office visit (and, of course, paid for it). How was he supposed to evaluate pain that came in waves at 2 AM, especially at a level comparable to contractions?By day 7, I stopped the medication and made the decision to part ways with Dr. Burch. I cannot recommend him to anyone based on this experience. As a 53-year-old woman with no history of drug abuse, why would I ask for pain medication unless I truly needed it? The ER doctor had already assessed my pain the night before.

Dr Burch is great. He’s very knowledgeable, calm and professional. He’s got a great bedside manner. I’m so glad I was referred to him by a friend!

Dr. Burch is above and beyond doctor! He’s been my provider more than 20 years and highly recommend. I had salpingo oophorectomy about fourteen years ago with him and had speedy recovery because of his care. Thank to his excellent performance!

Dr Burch was kind, caring, relaxed. He made me feel like he cared about me. Never have I had a Dr that I have been so comfortable with. He’s the best. St Thomas is lucky to have him.

This is the greatest doctor you’re ever going to know. Absolutely the smartest man ever! Not only does he care about your babies health, and your reproductive health, he really cares about your overall health. I started seeing him when I was 19 years old and 17 weeks pregnant. I had a different OB before I met Dr Burch but the whole 17 weeks I had never met my doctor. My mom recommended Dr Burch, and I’ve loved him ever since. I am now 28 and pregnant with my second baby and Dr Burch has treated me the same way whether I was 19 or 28, always so kind to me. I’m such a panicked person and no matter how much I panicked, Dr Burch is always able to see through that and always listen to me, never just shrugged me off like I was some young dumb kid. Dr. Burch is proof that you can be the smartest person in the room and STILL treat people like their people!! I would follow Dr Burch anywhere!! Such a great man!!

Dr. Burch is always practical and relaxed. He listens well and is very knowledgeable. I love his demeanor and approach to my care.

Dr. Burch is extremely knowledgeable, especially in HRT, professional and kind. My appts never feel rushed and every time I have had an issue his diagnosis and treatments have been completely accurate and fast.

Dr. Burch and Maddie were excellent my entire pregnancy. Dr. Burch is thorough and takes the time to make sure he has answered all of your questions and he explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He delivered my son and was there to check on me every morning in the middle of Tennessee's big blizzard. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Burch is expert in his care! I’ve been a patient for about five years, and he’s helped me through a really tough time with menopause with super positive results! When I was anxious, he was calm and caring. He isn’t “chatty,” but I don’t like that anyway. I want to know my doctor is competent and compassionate, and Dr. Burch excels in both! The staff is consistent and kind. I love the nurse ?? and the woman who does my blood work! She’s so sweet! Thank you all for your compassionate care!

He never spoke during my exam to let me know what he was doing and then told me during my ultrasound that the fluid was gone from my ruptured cyst so I need to tell my Brain that I’m ok. His nurse questioned what he said and he confirmed what he said. She later called me to apologize and said that’s not how he meant it....very unprofessional and condescending DR!

Dr. Burch has delivered my younger 2 children and couldn’t be nicer and patient! I totally trust him and his staff.

Hands down the best!! Very knowledgeable and compassionate. I've been seeing him for 10 years. After 4 pregnancies, resulting in 2 miscarriages and 2 precious babies, he was there for me and my husband every way that he could be. Through personal phone calls to early morning visits in the hospital before church. He made sure that I was a priority and that my babies were as well. Even nurses at the hospital have told me that they love working with him! Bonus- wait times at appts are minimal!!

Very professional & kind. Did Pam smear with him . I was so anxious before the procedure about the pain. His nurse was so supportive & assured me that it will be painless. He completed the procedure in few seconds. Completely painless . I didn’t feel a thing. He was very quick & even before I realised it was done. I really recommend him for Pap smear. Amazing bed side manners .

Amazing! My first c section was done by another doctor, I had no complaints at the time. Fast forward to my c section with Dr. Burch and I now realize how terrible of an experience my first one was. I wish Dr. Burch had been my doctor for both pregnancies. As long as gen Jan practicing in the Nashville area he will be my doctor.

I agree! I would follow him to CHINA...amazing Doctor! Delivered all 3 of my babies and so easy to talk to and so trustworthy! I have been with Dr. Burch for almost 18 years!!!
