Dr. Osbourn is very through and does not rush you thru your appointments; he allows plenty of time for questions and takes care of any upcoming needs promptly.

Dr. Osborn is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He always takes all the time I need to answer my questions and works with me to provide the best care possible including how to prevent disease naturally.

My wife and I both use Dr Osborn as our primary care physician. While we do not have any major illnesses it is such a pleasure to have Dr Osborn ' at our finger tips '. No matter where or when we have a small question or need he immediately texts us and provides the support we need.As part of his 'service' we have a annual physical which is very through and best of all he takes a substantial amount of time explaining the results and changes from the prior year.

Dr Osborn really takes the time to explain everything during a visit. He is so patient and really cares about your overall wellbeing!

Dr. Osborn is the worst doctor I have ever had! I don't even know where to begin. He doesn't get back to you for days, even with having the MDVIP concierge service, I had to leave messages multiple times to get a response on several different occasions. When he does finally get back to you, he is always short and acts like you are an annoyance to him. He prescribed a medicine I was already taking, which showed me he didn't even look at my chart to see what prescriptions I was on before he called me back. I showed up for an appointment he made for me only to find the St. Augustine office closed, and the main office had no record I was even supposed to be there. When he does see you in the office, he is always distracted, stepping out multiple times in the middle of your appointment, to take phone calls and talk to people. He is spread way too thin between two separate offices, and it shows. He brags about how many patients he has, but sadly can't remember your name. The list goes on and

I recently walked into his office and asked if Dr. Osborn would be able to see me sometime during the week. His outstanding office staff wasted no time in determining whether Dr. Osborn had any openings. As luck would have it , Dr. Osborn made time for me and I was provided with immediate attention to my issue. Dr. Osborn's demeanor and professionalism brings back memories of doctors of a long gone era.

Terrible experience dealing with COVID-19 in your practice. On July 8 I was diagnosed with COVID-19, I started having breathing complications contacted the office for a second follow up I was told by Joanne the receptionist to go through the computer portal to contact my provider. After three hours of no response I contacted a new provider at another practice. I was put on a breathing machine and started seeing results. This practice doesn’t seem to care about patients in need

Horrible customer service ! We showed up 4 minutes late to an appointment and told we would have to reschedule they had already moved on to other patients. All we needed was a sports physical and had to take off work early to get there before 3:50pm . We checked in at 3:54 pm. and they would not see my son . If you go make sure you bill them for every minute you have to wait because they certainly do not care about the patient and are too busy with their assembly line planning to give you 5 min.

Absolutely terrible experience. My little brother, who was 14 at the time, was under his care for a "shin split". The doctor refused to do an X-ray until the 2nd visit and would not conduct an MRI until my parents urged him to on the 3rd visit. The MRI came back that he had a cancerous tumor. In the X-ray, taken months prior, a family member in residency saw the tumor but it was over looked by the doctor. This caused the tumor to grow 3x as large and my brother almost lost his tibia and fibula.

Went for an appointment and were 10 minutes late due to traffic and Dr refused to see us making us have to reschedule and costing me two days off work and my child missing two days of school. Even worse he then tried to charge me $60 for a no show fee. Yet he will make you wait in his waiting room and other rooms for 1/2 hour 20 minutes etc and he doesn't compensate you. This .Dr is more concerned about charging patients for ridiculous fees like a bank than caring for his patients. Never aga

Awesome doctor! He's been our family doctor since 2007. We moved about 25 miles away from him 3 years ago, but we still make the drive so Dr. Osborn can take care of us.

Dr. Ross and his entire staff are the most friendly, professional and efficient personnel I could hope for. Dr. Ross has been our primary care doctor since 2007 and even when we moved across town (a very large town), we never considered finding a doctor closer to us. Definitely we would recommend this great Doctor and his staff.
