He is the absolute best
Front Desk person was very efficient but could have been a little more friendly. RN that started my IV was fabulous. Dr. Keener and Procedure room-Recovery were absolutely the very best !!!!!The entire building was too cold and needs correction.

Thorough and Caring
Dr. Keener seemed eager to help me figure out why I am having acid reflux issues despite taking PPI’s and diet changes. He explained my physical results right after my scope and explained the possibilities that could come from my biopsies.

BEST BEDSIDE MANNER!!!
I was super anxious about getting a colonoscopy but I heard so many great things about Dr Keener. He put my anxiety ridden self to ease and explained everything about the procedure. He joked and we had a few laughs (all at my husband’s expense) who was just across the little hallway also getting a colonoscopy done by Dr Keener.

Dr. Keener was amazing at explaining the whole process and the procedures. Dr. Keener was also helpful at prescribing different solutions to the problems and giving different options for treatments. The staff was friendly and professional. The procedure was quick and easy, I did not have to wait for hours.

The staff makes you feel valuable and appreciated. The check-in process was quick and easy. I was in the exam room five minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment time, and Dr. Keener's nursing assistant Andrea is excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Keener and the staff.
