Injured me for life
I went for prolo before my son’s wedding for a slight pain in my greater trochanter area and said I only wanted a few shots in that area and said specifically not to address my low back or groin fold… what did they do?…went right to the low back area and around the front fold of my right groin…my whole leg reacted and shot up and almost hit the doctor administering the UNWANTED SHOTS TO THAT AREA!!! I was in severe pain, couldn’t walk on my own, hobbled out, a merchant on the main level offered to help me to my car. Called the next day and said “YOU’VE BEEN RELEASED FROM OUR CARE They drilled into my tibia, got bone marrow, mixed it with my blood, and shot numerous injections...my leg reacted and violently shot up! my groin and leg turned the deepest black & blue, huge hematoma still hurts. I lost my life that day by doctor rogue actions. My life is limited and changed. I am angry, ive tried to write this many times but depression and fatigue set in. This has been hard.

K. McK review of Dr. Hauser alternative to back su – Oct 09, 2022

In May 2019, I saw Katie Worsnick PA at Caring Medical under the care of Ross Hauser. It was one treatment of injections into my thoracic spine. I went in for stem cell therapy and was given dextrose. I was told their were no adverse reactions. I was told that my body will know what to do with these shots of sugar to help my slipping ribs. They gave me about 100 shots along my spine. I didn't know this until nurse Angela Compton exclaimed loudly when the injections were done. If I had known it was so many shots of SUGAR in one treatment I would have ran out those doors. They did zero diagnostic imaging on me. The appointment was 3 hours long. I left there never the same again. The reactions were severe and I struggle with problems I never had still this day. I never want anyone to feel as I do. Please be aware that there may be adverse reactions to prolotherapy. This is the biggest mistake I ever did was walk in those doors and trust them.

I enjoyed learning about many of Hauser's videos. It is well said that many who have unsuccessful results are in great part to the current help of the patient. They smoke, drink alcohol, overweight, eat unhealthily if that enough - patient doesn't follow the "Dr. orders" and go back to do what they were doing, which caused the problems to begin with, like- their profession is not conducive to the healing process. If these minimally invasive therapies are not working for you - then you need to evaluate your level of health.

Prolotherapy is a total scam and Dr Hauser is disingenuous at best in his myriad claims. From personal experience don’t expose yourself, and your wallet, to this make-believe ‘treatment’. It will invariably cause more harm than good in the form of rampant inflammation and pain. In a perfect world it would be banned: prehistoric protocol

While I was under Dr. Hauser’s care, getting prolotherapy and PRP injections, I noticed that I started having more serious nausea as time went on. I eventually saw a specialist that diagnosed me with MCAS. The specialist told me that surgery and stress events often raise the baseline level of MCAS, and while the baseline level might lower after the event has passed, it typically won’t recede all the way down to the original baseline level. I’m very suspicious that my injection treatments raised my baseline level of MCAS (especially because Dr. Hauser uses a very painful injection technique that other prolotherapists don’t use). Furthermore, since you need mast cells to heal tissue injuries, having a higher baseline level of MCAS typically means that your tissues and wounds will heal slower. It’s my theory that the treatments were initially healing my tissues, but making me a poor tissue healer in the long run.

I am a very active 62. Years of intense sport left me with intense recurring back and sciatic pains. Dr Hauser treated back, shoulder and knee on left side - results were nothing short of amazing. Had me back out hiking up mountains - hurt untreated side, few treatments later.... same results- amazing. I am telling all my friends and aging athletes - Best Money I spent in 10 years!

Received Prolotherapy for many different sports injuries over the last few years. He kept me able to train for marathons and keep running. I had shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runners knee, and one episode of back pain due to falling while running in the snow. :( I don't know where I'd be without Dr Hauser and Caring Medical.

Most recently we visited the staff of Caring Medical for an injury with my daughter's foot that after 8 weeks of treatment with a foot specialist, saw little to no improvement. After a consultation at Caring Medical, it was recommended that my daughter receive prolo treatment to assist in the healing of her injury. After just one treatment she saw a 50 percent improvement in her mobility and almost 85 percent improvement by the end of her third treatment.

I sought help for chronic disabling pain from one coast of the U.S. to another, outside of the U.S. and with every “ expert consultation”, was told “I am sorrry.. there is nothing we can do for you”, DR. I was having reoccurring whiplashes in my neck and back that would not seem to stop. I was told that the traditional medical field had nothing to offer me for this. So I sought out another kind of treatment. A dear friend took me to Dr. Hauser in Chicago and I begin treatments with him in the form of prolotherapy. The treatment brought amazing results and the whiplashes stopped. I am forever grateful to Dr Hauser (Ross) for giving me back my health!

Dr. Hauser applied Hackett-Hemwall prolotherapy treatment for my lumbar/sacral instability. It was an awesome experience. I’ve had no back pain ever since my body healed with prolotherapy and PRP. I can work full time and participate in sports too ! I thank God for Dr. Hauser EVERY DAY. Dr. Hauser’s expertise is superb. He is very kind, compassionate and prays with me prior to the procedure. The staff are amazing ! If you need the world’s leading expert in prolotherapy, call Dr. Hauser !

Dr. Hauser listened to my issues. He found a ligament tear that was previously undiagnosed and probably the cause of my pain. The treatment process was easy and comfortable. Office staff were very professional and the patient definitely comes first here. At check out, I was given a free book. That never happens at any doctor's office I've been to before. Be prepared to pay up front as they do not bill insurance. No problem for me as I was aware of this ahead of time. Great experience.

I saw Dr Hauser after my ortho doc at Mayo told me I needed surgery for my labral tear. The Mayo doc said my range of motion would be limited permanently. I researched other options and even saw another specialist in the Chicago area. He wanted to do a stem cell procedure Then I found Dr Hauser. He was confident he could fix my issue in 3-6 treatements. I had 4 and my shoulder is stable and pain free. Dr Hauser is very honest and very gifted. I am beyond happy with my results. Thank you!
