PHENOMENAL DR
I am a huge advocate for checking reviews before seeing a provider. You also have to take into account there are situations that are not always conveyed as they actually are. I am happy I did not go by one bad review. Dr. Dawkins has been a huge asset to the area and takes great kindness and care with his patients. I, as well as several family members and friends, have all seen Dr. Dawkins and I am very pleased with his expertise, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to do what needs to be done to take care of my issues as well as other patients. I trust this Dr. with my life as well as my loved ones. I highly recommend Dr. Dawkins and his staff.

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Dawkins. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with my questions. He did not recommend racing to the most invasive treatments, but moving along a trajectory of less invasive treatments to see what works. I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Dawkins, and would recommend him to anyone with spinal problems. If I get to the point where I need surgery, I would choose him.

After being told by another neurosurgeon that nothing could be done, we decided to get a second opinion at Vanderbilt.. We were Blessed to have found Dr Dawkins! Two weeks after back surgery “ I am free of pain”. He not only was skillful and knowledgeable, he was a nice guy. Highly recommend him!

Very attentive and thorough with every visit. Office staff was very nice and helpful too. Excellent office environment. Performed outpatient surgery and very pleased with results.

Dr. Dawkins is intelligent, kind, compassionate, trustworthy and very capable. He worked aggressively to diagnose my husband’s somewhat rare condition quickly and performed the appropriate surgery successfully.
