Does not listen well to patients’ concerns.
Disagreed with my concerns regarding drug I was talking that she ordered. Bad side effects. I often have side affects from drugs. Doesn’t listen to patients who live in the body she is treating.

Where to begin!?!? Dr. Stocker was my doctor for years! I went her in August because I had a bad head ache and neck pain. She informed me I needed to be tested for Covid. I have a phobia about things in my nose so she left the room to find me an alternate testing site. I waited 30 mins for her to come back and in walks the nurse with cleaning supplies. She tells me " I think the Dr. is done with you". I tell her that she is looking for an alternate testing site for me. She leaves and locks me in the room! 15 mins later another woman comes in and shows me where to go for saliva testing. I leave and get tested. It is positive. I inform Dr. Stocker the next day and ask her if there is anything that I can take to help with severe body pain. She replies to take ibuprofen. It does not help. I then call the office several days later because I am so queasy I can not eat anything. She takes 2 days to reply and sends me to immediate care. They give me anti nausea medication. It does not help. I

I had to change my insurance so I was no longer covered by my behavioral health specialist/prescriber. I had ran out of my mental health medication and hadn't chosen a new mental Behavioral Health Clinic but I was in the process of choosing someone new. Anyway the old mental health office said that they were going to request that my primary care doctor Rose Stocker, prescribe me my pills, 10 days or a month worth until I had I knew mental health drug prescriber. They followed up their request to Rose with much paperwork showing that I had been on that medication a long time and that I had been in their care a long time, everything they would need to do this for me. The nurse said oh the doctor hasn't seen you in six months she probably won't do it unless you come in for an appointment. Well she was right Rose wouldn't do it unless I came into the office. I couldn't believe my ears this was an obvious attempt to keep her office making money I felt so neglected.

Stocker's ego does not allow for patients to seek second opinions or alternative diagnostic testing that she deems unnecessary. Upon disagreeing with her; she promptly sent me a letter stating that she is no longer my PCP nor may I see any other dr. in her facility. Scroll back up on this website and read: "Background Check" & I quote: "1 Malpractice Claim, Settlement 7/30/2014, Amount of Range: $1,000,000.00 , State of Illinois" Would I recommend stocker, Absolutely NOT!
