Dr. Ignacio has been taking care of my mom for years. She truly cares about her patients and very empathic of their situation.

I have been Dr Ignacio patient for over 10 years. She has great bedside mannerism and is always accommodating to any medical emergency and getting me in. I would recommend her.

I am a new patient and i regret going in this office wait time is very long too much noise from the reception you can hear alot of cursing especially when the guy picks up the phone. For the doctor i don't know if she is still into this for her age. I am sure she was a good doctor when she was young but now really can't tell based on her decision making. Lastly, they are so UNDERSTAFFED!

Doctor was very unprofessional. I came in for immigration exam they had me waiting almost an hour beyond my scheduled appointment. I don't know if anybody told her that there is still a patient because she just kept on chatting with the patient. They should at least manage their time especially if you schedule somebody before lunch!

Prescriptions are hard to get. There is always a reason like the manager is not there its busy. When you are sick you wanna get your medications Asap. The doctor is great and knowledgeable. I just hope the medications get sent faster when you need it they always say the will ask doctor but i think the guy outfront makes the decisions mostly i hear him from the background screaming when i make a phone call. Really unprofessional to be screaming and be loud at a doctor's office

I would recommend the doctor. I just hope she gets the big guy in front out of there i can hear him talking too much and too loud very unprofessional the way he acts is as if he is at home just disgusting to see and he keeps on speaking a different language anyway overall other staff was great doctor was hands down great just the big guy in front is irritating to patients feel bad for his coworkers though
