Not sure anyone can imagine pain 24/7 for over a year.. but this was happening to me. I went to see Dr. Navarro and in my first 5 minutes of meeting her she understood my pain.. she made a plan to treat my hip first then my back. Yesterday was the hip injection, was I was nervous about, but when she was done I was amazed at how little it hurt ( I have low pain tolerance) and how quick she was.. day one and I feel better!!!! Thank you Dr .. I Highly recommend her.

Front desk people are unprofessional. After filling out papers they hand you your folder and tell you to go upstairs ( I had to ask them why am I going upstairs, then she rudely says cause that where the dr. is.l called today( Monday) to the office to ask a question, Valeria whom answer the phone, as I was asking a question she immediately says you where just here on Friday (rudely) I hung phone up in her face. Valeria, then calls my home back within 5 minutes trying to be nice, ????

She’s too much in a hurry to listen to her patients. Her office staff are inexperienced and without compassion and/or students from the Pima Medical Institute. Horrible experiences.

She is extremely caring and I feel safe under her care. I've been seen by many doctors and I've never experienced this same feel of comfort and concern for my healing. She fully communicates with me about my treatment plan and understands my symptoms. She goes over any questions I have.. During treatments I feel calmed which I didn't experience elsewhere. I continuously refer her to everyone I know! Dr. Navarro's truly passionate about healing her patients and I'm happy I'm one!

Dr Navarro gives opioids for supposedly control the pain. My mother has been sleeping for the past 12 hours. The medical group needs to be involved.

Dropped my husband as a patient with no call. We have called many times about his case, no return call. He is in severe pain but they don't care. Total disregard for the patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Navarro for two years. She's a terrific doctor who knows how to control pain. She's also a very nice person. When I first stated going to her, they had a problem with scheduling and wait times were horrendously long. But all of that has been cleaned up. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Not a genuine caring doctor. Its about the $ for her. Horrible service. Long waits and no pain recovery with over 12 visits and hundreds of dollars in co-pays. Incompetent staff. Don't go here. Change your management physician!

This facility is NOT "pain management"! Neither Dr. Navarro nor her staff is genuinely interested in her patients. She fails to listen to them and treats them with condescension and contempt. Rather, these shameful people prefer to refer patients to other doctors or facilities such as unnecessary (and unaffordable) detox or to just plain discharge them from her practice for the slightest complaint or protest. Such practices black-list patients as well as harm them by denying them needed care.

I had went into the office for an epidoral shot on my upper back, which I have previously gotten with another doctor, when I was called in the nurses had failed to put me into a gown and the room was very unprofessional the staff was clueless. I was not sedated at all for the procedure nor asked how I was after. The staff and Doctor seemed to want to get each patient in and out as fast as possible with no effectively. Overall my experience with this doctor has been awful and do not recommend her

Not the best experience, not because of Dr. Navarro she was great but because of her unprofessional, rude and unpleasant (for lack of a better word) employee Valerie Guyton, Patient Care Coordinator & Authorization Department. She told me that she was going to hold on to the authorization request for 10 days just because I called 2x to follow up. if she had done her job and submitted the authorization the following business day none of this would've happened and we would've been happy campers.
