I was amazingly satisfied from the moment I arrived to the end of my visit. The receptionist was extremely calm and helpful. Her sweet spirit allowed me to be calm and eager to meet the team. The first doctor was very sweet and I meet a new friend. The physician assistant that did the ultrasound on my legs was extremely gentle as possible. She showed a lot of empathy for my few discomforts which helped me to relax more. I enjoyed meeting meeting Dr. Francois who reassured me that the group of professionals that I met today is what I call the A-Team. As the nurse explained the significance of being mentally and emotionally prepared for my second round of treatment, I do so with great anticipation to see healthier legs. Lastly, before I left the receptionist reassured me that the dates and time was good for me and that I would not have any setbacks when I start my treatment. Thank you A-Team for working with me so my legs can breathe again.
