Dr. Rony Elias, MD

2 main things stood out to me during my time being treated by Dr Elias. First, I always felt rushed & not listened to. I was literally yelling my questions as he was perpetually running out the door. His bedside manner was forced at best, & I always felt as though he was trying to get me to commit to more medical intervention at every turn (i.e. multiple cycles & more $$$). Add this to the wait times, & it truly felt like a cattle call at every visit. Second, I repeatedly asked both Dr Elias & the staff whether my insurance would cover ultrasounds and office visits (one of which was incorrectly scheduled by the doctor because there had been a miscommunication- not my fault)- and they assured me it would be covered. It was not. I'm now left with thousands of dollars of bills in addition to the hefty cycle fees. When speaking to the billing office, they flat out said the office denied ever having made these claims, so now I have to pay not only for poor care, but to a dishonest Doctor.

It's unfortunate that the reviews of the office staff (yes, there are one or two that could stand to smile a whole lot more) are affecting Dr. Elias' ratings. He's just an amazing doctor- friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and even funny. Also a part of a wonderful cutting edge facility.

Terrible office staff. They are unprofessional and unpleasant at every visit. Doctor is not aggressive and will waste your time and money.

The office staff are discourteous and unpleasant. You will get more smiles and help at a local DMV versus this office. The doctor himself is nice but you have to get through the grumbles and frowns and complete lack of interest from the front office staff. They would prefer to twiddle their thumbs or better yet have no one up at the front desk as they are on a continuous coffee break. Go somewhere else if you can. Definite can't do attitude here.
