Disrespectful
Upon 1st visit, everyone seemed kind, patient, and compassionate. 2nd visit, everything changed. Was treated with the utmost disrespect. Gave no regard to why we were there and spent literally 2 minutes saying nothing. Flew out of exam room telling us to follow him and in the blink of an eye, he was gone, out of sight. His scheduler is abrupt and rude. Verrrry, Verrrry UNHAPPY!!

Iron deficiency anemia
Saw Dr Luyun just over a year ago. The man, for me, is magnificent. He diagnosed my condition (other local MD was treating me wrong for 9 previous years), set up a treatment program, and followed through on everything we discussed. In all my visits he has listened intently, and as mentioned he found my medical problem. I will probably need lifetime treatments (infusions) but the Doctor was spot on with his diagnosis and treatment. To me and my family, the man is a genius. Thanks to Dr Luyun and all his kind and caring staff.

I have been under the care of Dr Luyun since 2015 for my lung cancer. Dr Luyun has always taken the time to explain in detail my treatment. He is kind and compassionate at every encounter I've had with him in dealing with my illness and every test results for which I am now in remission for the past 6 years.

Does not go over tests , answer phone calls nor give clear answers to questions. When taking care of cancer patients, you need a better understanding of what is going on to give the best care to your family member.
