I saw Dr. Thomas years ago for routine annual exam and concerns about conceiving. When she received my lab results she had someone from the office call me and they wouldn’t give me my results over the phone. l was scheduled for a follow up appt. She took me to her office and told me I had a STD. I told her that was impossible then she asked if it could be from my husband. I demanded her to retest. She told me insurance wouldn’t cover it and I told her I didn’t care and to test again. She hesitantly sent me for retesting and gave me antibiotics to take. I had to go home and tell my husband. He went for testing and had negative results. She called me the next week and told me the test was negative and that apparently someone had mixed up my results the first time. I understand that this could happen to anyone but she was very insensitive and unapologetic for her initial approach insinuating that I was lying. Thank God for a rational husband or I could have ended up divorced or dead!

Dr. Thomas is hands down one of the best doctors in her field...When it comes to her patients, I appreciate how she is very thorough in assessing your physical issues and does an outstanding job of prescribing the best course of action....Best part of going to her doctor’s appointment is how she takes the time after the exam to personally talk with you further in her office, where the environment is less intimidating...She is also forthright in referring you to other specialists. OUTSTANDING!!!

I LOVE DR. THOMAS! She and I have very similar personalities. She is extremely compassionate and always takes in consideration my family's needs and my lifestyle before making a final decision for me. During my delivery, she was so awesome. I've been seeing her for a couple of years, and I don't plan on changing. She never keeps you waiting and the appointments move quickly.

I love Dr.Thomas! She delivered my baby in 2014 and I was very pleased. I was diagnosed with something in 2015 and I cried my eyes out. Instead of her brushing it off, she talked with me and let me out through the back. I think the people who work for Dr. Harris (the one who shares the office) are rude. They give Dr. Thomas a bad look. She is VERY kind and I'll be with her as long as she is working

1st red flag- First impression, lasting impression. Upon entering the office it was vividly obvious of how nasty the office is.2nd red flag- Common courtesy. When I walked up to the desk and everyone behind the counter giving blank stares,I had to greet them by say, " Hi, how is everyone!" No one had common sense to greet the patient, it made me sick to my stomach to enter her office. Her staff made you feel like you were a bother and these examples speaks volumes of her overall professionalism.

Terrible, Awful, Nightmare, Insensitive...... Must I go on...... Dr. Thomas has to be on of the worst doctors ever..... She is insensitive to pain and discomfort.....Your baby has to be darn near out your vagina before she agrees with admitting you to the hospital..... I will be writing to Brookwood and her personally regarding my best friend's experience

TERRIBLE experience. Poor communicator, poor bedside manner, poor listening skills. Mixed up test results, said she was going to do a procedure without telling me and laughed it off, told me not to start crying when I asked her to stop a procedure that was causing me pain.....will never

I wish I didn't have to give a star at all,but I made an appointment with Ronishia Thomas and I wasn't told that it was mandatory to a copy of my insurance I.d. card at the time I made the appt. Upon arriving I informed the receptionist when she asked for my card that I had not yet received it in the mail but I had the information and I have the card on my insurance app on my cell phone. She then replied, "Let me go see if she will see you today." Wait!! What!! Complete waste of my time!

She really takes time to get to know you as a patient. Her whole office staff is great at making you feel special and like a priority. I've never had a problem that she has not been able to fix. No question is too little. She truly chooses treatments that are best for you and your everyday life.
