Every appointment felt like a waste of time because she never took her time to fix the issues I am having nor getting me the help I needed. In search of a new eye specialist!

Dr. Shtein and the staff do not explain possible complications adequately prior to surgery. She spends very little time with you after the original appointment. She is flippant in her responses and they don't provide much relevant information. I am still experiencing double vision in the first eye she operated on several weeks following my surgery. I am very disappointed in her handling of my post-operative care. If I had known it would be like this, I would have gone to a different physician.

The appointment with Dr. Roni Shtein did not take longer than 10 min. Her attitude toward me was as I am wasting her time. Terrible beside manners and zero help.
