Dr Monsef and his staff are the best. He helped with my weight loss journey which i had pretty much given up on. I feel great and have dr monsef to thank for it.

What a great experience it was to see Dr. Monsef. Very knowledgeable. Takes time and doesn't make you feel rushed.

I started seeing Dr. Monsef in August 2022. He is kind, caring and will get you on the right track. He has done more to improve my health in 8 months than any primary care doc in years. Furthermore, he truly cares for his patients and has a really amazing staff; helpful, caring and very friendly. Highly recommended!

Something seems off. He provides unnecessary echocardiograms, doesn’t tell you there will be a copay or even why you’re getting it (was there for a physical), and then never bothered to call me back with results- clearly non emergent.

Went for an annual physical exam. It was not thorough at all despite my concerns for a few health problems that I have. Returned for a follow-up visit today. I was 15 minutes early and then waited 15 minutes past my appointment time to see the Doctor. He didn't thoroughly review or explain the bloodwork to me. Both appointments I felt rushed out of there. His receptionist and nurses are very nice and professional though. However I will not be back.

Haven’t even made it to the doctor. While making an initial visit I requested an appointment for presurgical testing and a physical. Receptionist scheduled me for a physical and later I found out I need another appointment. They also request money if they have to fill out any disability or other forms, which is unheard of. No one says good morning or introduces themselves. Very hostile environment and total scam. Didn’t even make it to the doctor because after tolerating total unprofessionalism for about 20 min I had to walk out. Will keep an eye on their billing department to ensure they don’t charge for an office visit which never happened

Was not impressed with my recent visit. I was having an issue and called prior to booking an appointment to ensure he could help. Well, after dealing with his very RUDE receptionist, I saw him and receive no help. Within 2 minutes he referred me out. This guy seemed clueless. A $30 copay for absolutely nothing. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Dr. Monsef is a great doctor and very thorough.

Dr. Monsef took the time reviewing my MRI on my back with me. He explained my results and informed me my pain management doctor was taking the right steps for treatment. His staff is courteous and there is no wait time to meet with him. Excellent doctor who does spend time with you answering all questions.

Dr. Monseff is always informative and clear with regard to any of my health issues, questions or concerns. Dr. Monseff and his entire staff are kind and caring with a very nice bed side manner. Prior to my daughter needing to change her insurance, she also was a patient of Dr. Monseff and can't wait until she can return to being his patient in lieu of her current physician.

After a strep throat I had chest pain, kidney pain, severe muscle pain and hypertension. Turns out I had Rheumatic Fever & glomerulonephritis (both are a making a come back since strains of strep are becoming immune to antibiotics). This doctor told me it couldn't be that, people who take all their medication don't get that. I ended up in the emergency room urinating blood because I did in fact get both! Now this guy sent me a bill for $60! I could have died, but hey, he wants to get paid.

26 years old female patient This guy is horrible!! please stay away! I went to him a few weeks ago (december 2015) and gave him a list of my symptoms. He diagnosed me with anxiety and depression!! According to him, he did a million dollar blood work on me. turns out i had mild disc herniation and dislocated jaw from an injury. When i spoke with him he said i needed to see a psychiatrist. not a psychologist. I think HE may need to see one soon because he is crazy!
