This doctor is one of a kind! He knows so much and I know I got the right diagnosis. I had been to other doctors before about the same problem who couldn't figure it out or misdiagnosed it. Also, Dr. Witteles has a nice personality and I felt good talking to him. I never felt rushed. I left feeling confidant and like a burden was lifted from me. If you are looking for a great cardiologist, Dr. Witteles is it.

Amazing doctor! Knows so much. Wants so much to help! I know Stanford is known for top doctors and this is so true for Dr. Witteles. I have a condition called amyloidosis. I never heard of it before until Dr. Witteles diagnosed me with it. He is an expert on this and has been so helpful in treating it. He explains things clearly and I felt so much better about my future by understanding what I had.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Witteles. First, he is very sharp and knows his stuff. His diagnosis was right on point. He was kind, listened to what I said, followed up and was there for me. He read my chart carefully before he saw me and was familiar with my case prior to walking in the door.

If you want a doctor who cares about you and sees you as more than a dollar sign, then stay far away from Dr. Witteles. This Dr. Witteles is cold, calculating, and cruel. He is also arrogant, self absorbed, and has no compassion or patience for people. I truly wish I never met this horrible excuse for a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Witteles for cardio oncology. He was compassionate and a great diagnostician. I have been to other doctors for my cancer/heart disease and Dr. Witteles was clearly the best!

Dr Witteles Is a cardiologist made of stone. He smiles at you but thats only the appearance. This doctor vetoes anything useful for you and stands between you and your health. He prescribes water pill but no potassium, so you are kept in pain and weak. He has not figured out the necessity of potassium yet. Over all he is part of the stanford culture of intimidating and threatening patients for charging their insurance but giving them back little service. He tells you that if you complain yoi are on your own. Unfortunately a person of low self esteem, he takes professionalism lightly and Stanford encourages such attitude, no doubt.
