Dr Taddeo is patient and knowledgeable. He makes eye contact and gives personal attention. He answers all questions and explains lab results.I have been a patient of Dr Taddeo for over 10 years.

I have diabetes and high blood pressure and they are both controlled now thanks to Dr. Taddeo . He truly listens to what I say and if I have a question he answers or will find the answer.

Dr Taddeo spends quality time with you during an exam and focuses on the patient's needs. He answers your questions and provides recommendations on treatments , health education and preventative measures for a condition you have. I left the appointment feeling heard and satisfied with my overall care. He's a very friendly doctor.

Annual physical

I saw Dr Taddeo this past Monday for my semi-annual physical follow-up ... he does and continues to do a phenomenal job in listening and addressing my concerns regarding my health ... The problem is with his support staff at Westerville internal medicine / COPC ... It seems as though they are struggling, examples are the instructions given on the recorded message received prior to my visit we're totally opposite from what the medical assistant told me when she called for the pre-screening, several of my prescriptions were out of date, was told they would be sent over to the pharmacy on Monday called today for pickup the two in question are still out of date they never sent them over, it's things like that that are very frustrating to me as a patient, we've been dealing with this covid thing now for a year and they still don't seem to have a good process figured out, that's unacceptable as far as I'm concerned
