My wife was referred to Dr. Shockley by Dr. Brewer for a recurring infection from a surgery a year ago. After witnessing multiple calls to try and get into see him and several voicemails over the last two months, she has not received a call back. Last night the abscess burst in her sleep. Please Dr. Shockley fix your scheduling staff, they are the worst! You have great reviews and we would like your help.

When you call, you never talk to anyone - you leave a voicemail. They review voicemails at the end of the day and call people back they next day maybe... or never. They think it's good customer service to tell the client to keep calling the doctor's office to remind them. The doctor was great, but staff obviously overworked / understaffed and so customer care goes out the window. You become a number here and not a person. Literally, I am not important enough of a patient to get a callback and it's been a week.

Dr. Shockley is knowledgeable and personable. He treats his patients with respect and inspires confidence. He's the kind of doctor we really needed, one who uses the patient's input while considering a treatment plan. We wish most doctor's were like him. Keep up the spectacular work Doctor!

Amazing! Dr. Shockley found two illnesses in my daughter that are life threatening and one requires surgery. Not one other doctor has found either illness and she has been hospitalized 9 times in the past year plus unlimited testing. She was being released once again when he came in and stopped this huge mistake. Great bedside manners and extremely caring!!! Obviously very good at what he does! You would be blessed to have him.

You are so kind and caring....My daughter and I didn't have much money but we were still treated with kindness and respect and we felt like Dr Shockey didn't treat us any different because of our situation. Thanks Dr Shockley! God bless you!!!
