I am very upset of one problem with Dr. Rinkers office. No one answers the phone there. They have the hours of answering the phone recording but they still don't answer. It's frustrating when you need to cancel and appt. for a colonoscopy because your sick as a dog with the flu. Ty his has been going on for several years and it's aggravated. If you pull a no show they get mad. please have someone to answer the phone during office hours!

Will never see him again
Dr Rinker sat with a straight face telling me everything I was experiencing was normal. I knew it was impossible to be normal. Between him and this Qwaider person I won’t even step foot in the building where he is and Qwaider used to be before they found out about Qwaider. I have 2 good doctors now at another place who are trying to fix all the mistakes that were made with my colonoscopy and after the colonoscopy. I have a long way to go to be well.

Gross Negligence
Gross negligence!!! He waited a year to tell my mom about a cancerous tumor and allowed my father’s condition to worsen to a point of near liver failure. This man needs his license taken away ASAP before more people are on their death beds due to his negligence!!!

This Dr. /office does not run an efficient appointment schedule. After showing up 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time, I waited 20 minutes in the lobby after my appointment time to get checked in, then I waited over 50 minutes before Dr. Rincker came in to see me.

Great Dr. He will listen and offer different treatment choices. He will help you select the best choice. Dr Rinker cares about his patients. I am impressed that he actually will take time to speak with you and is not in and out in 2 minutes.

Does not lesion to what you tell him. Does not care if you are in pain. This so called Doctor has done nothing for me at all. As a matter of fact to get help he wants me to return to the butcher's who did this to me.he dose not follow the hippocratic oath.

I have used and been under Dr. Rinkers care for a medical condition/diagnosis since May 2001. I have been very well satisfied, pleased, and happy "above and beyond" with his expertise, bedside manners and care. I would highly recommend him to others! ???? Lawona Alford Grand Bay, Al.

Dr. Rinker and Nurse Trudy are the best! They really are wonderful people. I can never repay them enough for curing me of Hepatitis C. I had this disease for over 30 years and seriously thought it would be the end of me. They provided me with the most modern medicine and treatment and now I cam cured! I am so happy I could jump for joy! Thank You Dr. Rinker. Thank you Trudy.
