Anyone but him!!!
I took my infant grandson to see him and he said it was a virus. Even though my grandson was wheezing and had a fever, he never even offered advice on how to comfort him or anything. The next day my daughter took the baby to urgent care and he had RSV. Once he disregarded my concerns and laughed off questions about my son's health issues and did nothing. Turned out my son had a vitamin deficiency. One day after telling my elderly father that he 'just over did it' he was hospitalized with congestive heart failure and respiratory distress. At another appointment for a pencil eraser sized hole in my dad's ear, he said it was there because Dad took blood thinners and to lay on the side where the hole was so the blood could drain out. That was literally all he offered. Of course I took him somewhere else and he was treated with antibiotic drops after carterizing to stop bleeding. My whole family left the practice because of him.

Makes inaccurate entries to medical records
Dr. Pawlak made numerous errors in my medical records and included irrelevant non-health information. Centra's Privacy Director Betsy Mewborn said they would review it and then never contacted me again and ignores emails.
