I am writing as a patients mother. I'm so frustrated and disgusted with this poor excuse of a Dr let alone psychiatrist! To think you have to find a new Dr in the midst of a crisis because the"so called" psychiatrist doesn't know how to use a computer to ask an insurance company for an authorization for a brand name medication is disspicable! Do not go to this ancient non compassionate human! Can't even call him Dr. He should go back and review his MEDICAL OATH that he took many years ago!

This "guy" deserves 0 stars. He was overdue for retirement in 2011. This "guy" doesn't deserve to be called "Dr.", or have "MD" after his name. He worked at the Eliot Community Health Center, Concord, with no quality control or assurance. This "guy" would have the files stacked up a few feet, so where's the research and review? He said: I'm DONE with you. . Frontal Lobe Brain Tumor, Norris. You missed the diagnosis and MRI Brain Scan order with a neuro referral. Waste of years..

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Norris to anyone seeking help with Mental Health issues. He was able to diagnose my Mental Health issues within the first initial visit. I have been a patient of other psychiatrists for over 10 years and received psychologist treatment for just as long, if not longer. My previous diagnosis from my other doctors appears to have been inaccurate. Dr. Norris appears to have pinpointed exactly what conditions I have and what is priority for treatment at this time.
