First let me Start with a my history With East Bay Medical have been going to Doctor Mall for twenty plus years. Mr Mall was retiring so i left for a few years so when i came back i was assigned to Dr. Hannah . Never once did i have an issue with either Dr. Mall or Dr. Hannah But something has changed in their office Staff. Never in my life have i seen such incompetent office staff . Booking wrong outside lab's not sending Doctor's orders three days in a row fasting finally forth day i got my blood work . Getting my script's all out of cycle delays in calling them in . Using some outside Billing company from Baltimore billing for services i never got. I would love to keep seeing Dr. Mall Dr. Hannah an Chris one of the techs very professional but dealing with the office staff not worth the hassle to many mistakes

To begin with, Doctor Mall is an extremely caring and is a highly proficient physician. My complaint is with the office staff. In the past I have had issues with their friendliness and professionalism. Recently I had an appointment at 8:30am for blood work, upon arriving, several elderly patients were waiting outside in the chilly air, so I got in line. Minutes later an employee would come out take a name then go inside, this continues for over 40 minutes without a nurse talking with me. Other people were arriving for their appointments, proceeded to walk up and knock on the door, they were taken inside within a few minutes while others continued to wait outside. The office schedules appointments beginning at 8am or so, and will not answer the phone until nine, leaving many patients without an opportunity to ask questions or be allowed inside to use the restrooms. Annoyed, I left, went home and called the office. When I tried to complain the receptionist hung up.

This is the most incompetent medical professional I have ever encountered. Dr. Mall makes so many appMedicare. And mistakes, and doesnt do a thing to help. My father smoked for 50 years and had a terrible cough, dementia, and his blood work was visibly not up to par, but he never ran ANY tests and said my father was perfectly healthy. My father never felt well, and complained continuously of pain. After I moved back to Florida I immediately took him to another Dr. She found stage 3b lung cancer and diagnosed him with high blood pressure, low vit D., renal failure, tenitus, and dementia. My father died 8 months later. Please keep your loved ones away from this monster, there is a reason he has one star. STAY CLEAR of this greedy man that loves overcharging medicare.
