His wife, who is also the office manager, charged my elderly parents a $25 fee for missing one appointment! First time they have ever missed and they are on a fixed income. I politely asked her to please waive the charge as this was the first time this had ever happened. I also explained my mother did call and leave a message requesting a call back to reschedule and that no one returned her call. The doctor's wife said to me "soooo...... Your mom can't remember the appointment but remembers that no one returned her call to reschedule?" She then stated "she would not argue with me about this any longer" and was the rudest, most unprofessional and condescending woman I have dealt with in a long time. Someone so rude and uncompassionate does not belong in healthcare. Also, as she felt it was so necessary to let me know she was his wife, I would expect her to hold herself to a higher standard. I will definitely make sure everyone I encounter knows how rude she was toward my mother and I.

Dr. Louchs took time to explain my injury and the treatment plan. I had been to another Doctor 6 weeks ago and I was in pain the whole six weeks. The day after Dr. Loucks treated me, I hung two curtains for my wife that had been waiting for two months. After the injection he gave me plus the wrap , I have no pain. My wife was impressed with his quality of care and called our daughter who has foot problems and recommended him to her. In closing, he is an excellent Doctor

Charged me 100dollars for a modified ace bandage. Charges like this are why health care is so expensive. I'm still hurting too. Thanks a lot
