Dr. Ronald Lippe, MD

I go to OIP to get injections for my arthritis. I always request him. He listens and makes you feel at ease. My only complaint is the 1 hour plus wait time.

He scheduled me for operation asap knowing how much he pain I was in. He was kind, courteous, extremely knowledgable and professional. He listened to everything I told him and took immediate action to help me.

Knew what I had in 5 min.

This is 21 years and 5th surgery by Dr. Lippe: both hips, total left shoulder replacement, lumbar fusion and now C3-C4 fusion. That’s why I call him “a renaissance man.” I have complete trust in his surgerical skills that are a testament to my successful recoveries !

Dr Lippe was thorough, professional, explained my orthopedic procedure precise and understandable.

Dr. Lippe was happy to answer the questions I had, he is always very easy going and helpful.

Dr Lippi looked at my X-rays of the left shoulder and told me I had arthritis there. He gave me four choices for further treatment. I chose to do exercises at this time.

He is professional, efficient, and thorough. I went to him due to my knee. He reviewed my knee, made a treatment plan. The issue is resolved.

Dr Lippe was professional and did a wonderful job on my shattered wrist!! I got more movement back than I thought I would after the surgery. The therapist remarked when looking at my incision that someone knew what they were doing!!

Dr. Lippi is the ultimate professional. When I met him I was extremely nervous and I asked him, ' are you as good as everyone says you are? ' He replied, ' Of course!' I was sold by his confidence, his professionalism and his kindness. If I ever need another joint replacement it will only be with Dr. Lippi. I will gladly recommend Dr. Lippi for his above and beyond services rendered.

He is the only surgeon who would operate on my knees at my 'young' age, and subsequently I remain eternally grateful for his diligent care that gave me a new life....which continues 17 years later until now.

Dr Lippe made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He replaced my right hip and right knee. He is the best!! I don't trust anyone else to do surgery on me. I only hope he never retires. He's the absolute best

Over the course of 20 years, Dr. Lippe has performed 2 spinal fusions, arthroscopic knee surgery and now a total hip replacement for me. It’s been 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier. He has improved my quality of life each time and I can’t thank him enough.

Dr Lippe took time to explain my arthritic conditions in my hip. He listened and answered all my questions with great details. He also came by my hospital room after surgery, three days in a row to visit with me.

Lippe replaced my right hip and it was a disaster. He would not listen to me with all the issues I was having and insisted it was due to my back. I eventually went to get a second opinion and the surgeon was able to see what was wrong based off of an x-ray from Lippe's office and one Lippe had seen and said "It looks great". I had a revision surgery and am doing very well now. It cost me a year of my life among many other things. I urge you to go to another surgeon.

Dr. Lippe has replaced my right knee and my right hip and I have had wonderful outcomes. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon.

After waiting for about 45 minutes then when I got back to the room while waiting to see the doctor for another 20 mins he came sat in front of the computer screen and gave the screen a very brief look and then he came over to me and looked at the leg brace that I was given at the ER to wear and said that the brace should be higher on my leg then it was and that the circle in the front of the brace is for where my knee cap should be. I kinda laughed a little. I had cut that circle out of the foam my self so I could have the brace tighter and my knee cap was also more comfortable. then he asked me what I do at my job and then he said to stay off it for 5 weeks. All this in less then 4 mins...maybe my case wasnt that bad but I felt like I was a very quick profit to him and OIP and that I waisted my time even going there and my last appointment proved that all the more to be so true.

Dr Lippe is very involved in total patient care. He is concerned with the patients mental approach to the healing process and is very encouraging as well as proactive with his surgical approach when needed. I had an initial visit with Dr. Lippe and then a follow up. During the initial visit Dr. Lippe explained what my problem was and recommended that I go to PT. After a round of PT I met again with Dr. Lippe. At that time he suggested that I did not need surgery but that he’d be more than willing to discuss my situation as it progresses. He took the time to answer in depth every question I had researched and listed on a prepared sheet, just in case I may need surgery in the future…I didn’t want to forget anything.
