I called for an appointment and was accommodated in an expeditious manner. When arriving for my appointment I was treated respectfully and all my information was gathered efficiently. I was placed in an exam room and the physician arrived without a significant wait. The interview and exam was conducted in a pleasant and effective way and all appropriate information was gathered in a relaxed and related atmosphere. At the end of the visit the doctor explained all the pertinent findings and communicated this to me in a manner that was understandable. During the check out my treatment and testing was arranged and a follow up appointment was given in a way that was convenient for me. For anyone in the need of a Pulmonologist I would highly recommend Dr Ronald Gup and his office for a seamless experience from start to finish.

Dr. Gup was efficient, timely, gentle and caring. He reviewed my medical history with me, my current medications and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my examination. The appointment was thorough and not rushed. We discussed various options for treatment, making me feel heard and satisfied that there was a positive plan of action in place. Fortunate to be under Dr. Gup's care and would recommend his practice without question.

Dr. Gup was very professional, friendly and took his time answering all my questions. Patty at the front desk was beyond helpful and thorough in every way. I had a very pleasant experience.

I had an appointment today and found Pat to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She has been with Dr Gup 20 years and knows what he wants and needs without alot of small talk getting to the point. Once you have filled out the paperwork and brought in all the information required if asked and let her get the info entered into the system she is such a pleasant person to speak with. Dr Gup does go to the office directly from the Hospital which at most will keep him delayed causing delays in seeing office patients. He is such a kind and caring Dr. and was able to answer all my questions with full explanations. I would definitely recommend Dr Gup for my Pulmonary needs. Just bring a magazine or book while you wait for him to arrive. Pat is a very personable person.

Get someone else!!!!!. Does not follow up with his advice. You have to make an appointment for anything. Rude office staff, He is dangerous

June 2015, I was admitted to the hospital. He came by, honestly paid no mind to me and called for DISCHARGE minutes after that. A month late I found myself fighting for my life at another hospital. I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Embolism, Pulmonary Infart & Deep Vein Trombosis. Thankfully with new Doctors treating my life was saved. As a mother of 3, I'm very grateful that GOD created a miracle. I would never ever recommend this Doctor to any Human Being.

Never in my life have I seen such disregard for patients this man keeps people waiting an hour and a half to two hours even though they have an appointment to see him and once they are there speaking from my experience was told that I can get a cough medicine over-the-counter. I saw him twice spent $100 and sat with me for all of maybe 10 minutes for anyone to ever going to this man don't run far far away this man does not know anything about being a doctor worst one I ever seen yet this far.
