I visited Dr. Freeling at his Beahan Rd. office. I had a very pleasant experience. He was thorough, informative and very professional. Thanks to his expertise, the pain I was experiencing is slowly diminishing.

Been seeing Dr. Freeling for many years and find that he is very competent, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He listens to concerns and provides solutions. Very happy with his care.

If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Freelong for ingrown toenails a problem I have dealt with on different toes since I was a teenager. Normally, when I have this taken care of, I get a local numbing spray, they cut the nail out and within 10 minutes my shoe is back on and I am on my way. Dr. Butcher gave me 6 injections, carved my toes up, didn't fix my problem, then sent me a bill for $500. Unethical, unprofessional and the office staff is horrendous!STAY AWAY

Old and rude! Never would I recommend Ronald Freeling to anyone! He left my toe with damaged scar tissue and proceeded to charge me $225! He endured immense pain with an in office procedure, when he gave me 3 shots in my toe! It was the worst pain I've ever endured. Very uncompassionate and should NOT be allowed to practice!

Scheduled an appointment for Ronald M. Freeling, D.P.M. almost a week prior to the appointment. Received a cancellation call just a couple hours before the appointment. Tried to reschedule with the Office Manager, Brenda at the 919 Westfall in Rochester, NY. With no success. Rude personnel and the doctor even refused to speak to me. F minus.

I was satisfied with the care Dr. Freeling provided for a time. But the surgery I had to remove plantar warts was unsuccessful. Then, when I started experiencing pain in both feet, he completely misdiagnosed me. I suffered for many months. I was scheduled for surgery which the office charged me over $400 for on the very same day they cancelled the surgery. Then, when they finally sent my reimbursement check, it was for the wrong amount! I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Dr. Freeling

Dr. Freeling misdiagnosed my conditions. His office staff charged me for a surgery they knew was going to be cancelled, then didn't refund the full amount. The practice is unethical.
