Dr. Rona Abu Manneh, MD

My mom was a patient of Dr. Rona's for years. Dr. Rona lovingly, very personally cared for her until her death. Now Dr. Rona is my primary care physician. I'm 100% happy with my choice. She's kind, thorough, and patient - never rushed. She seems to enjoy doing her job and being with patients. She always expresses interest in me personally and my family - not just my health. Also, the office is great - easy to make an appointment, prompt responses from my calls to nurses, and a friendly, clean environment.

I could not be more pleased with having Dr. Rona as my personal doctor. Frankly, she is phenomenal! My favorite doctor of all-time. She is always most professional, willing to listen and takes extra time to get to know her patients. An outstanding communicator that explains test results and possible solutions. She truly cares about her patients and their well being. Dr. Rona answers every question and in a manner that you understand. I never feel rushed when I see her as she really values her patients. I actually look forward for seeing her as she is a great person as well. Her staff is also exceptional: that includes from the time you check-in until the time you check-out. I give her my highest recommendation.

Dr.Roni is a skilled doctor. She settles on a diagnosis and prescribes medications or sends me to a specialist which gets me relief and healing. She is patient with my questions so that I understand the diagnosis and treatments. She never rushes me but instead takes time to hear and respond to my concerns.

Orders unnecessary tests which can conveniently be done in the same building. Don't be surprised when you receive the invoice for your portion of the bill to find out that you are billed by Hancock Regional Hospital including a discharge date. Charges are the same as if you were admitted to the hospital! Dr doesn't explain much & I felt that she had no time and no respect for my opinion concerning my body. Her assistant has a bad attitude & doesn't convey messages to the dr.
