Dr. Rolando Sousa, MD

I highly recommend doctor Rolando Sousa he provided the information I needed he cared for my Duaghter he got to know her . Doctor Rolando gave us the comfort he cared to hear us out . Rolando was very caring and understanding and was so well with our daughter with us as parent. Angel send from heaven

The doctor did not want to listen to me or my daughter. He just went on with his speech for more than an hour. I kept asking him for the purpose we are here for. Unable to understand his ways. Then he just stands up and starts checking my daughter’s neck and does the exam. My daughter felt extremely uncomfortable!!!! Not going there again!!!

Dr Sousa is one of a kind. Hard to put into words. Has been our daughter’s doctor for over 10 years. Hes been a blessing for our family.

Absolutely the worst...stay far away

I don’t know where to even start. I cannot say enough positive things to describe the experience we had with Dr. Sousa. We were desperate for answers and he was able to see us promptly. Upon entering his office, we had a thorough examination. His extensive knowledge and impeccable bedside manner made us feel at ease. My son calls him, “the fun doctor”. He was able to diagnose and treat my son. We are still under his care and could not be happier. He is a doctor who truly cares about the well being of his patients, (which is hard to find these days.) He is a true godsend!

Not even 1 star, a waste of my time and money. He never follows up, he never sends papers he promises to send for evaluation. He simply takes your first appointment and the rest he doesn’t care

I wish I would have read the reviews on the internet. He never answers the phone o responds emails. Very unprofessional, I got my app and it was virtually bcs I left a message and then a woman called me saying she can give me a link for a zoom meeting, link would be before 6 as we agreed, 7:00pm comes and I didn’t get any link. I called again, suddenly the link is sent by 7:00pm then we had the appointment, he said he will send forms to fill out and continue and now he disappeared, never answer my voice messages, phones, emails, etc. horrible

The most incredible physician I ever had the pleasure of meeting

The doctor knows his stuff.. but it does not compensate for his tardiness and incompetent staff. He is always late if your appointment is at 12pm you won't get out till 5pm. You make an appointment and apparently you're not on the list. Find another doctor at this point.

Very good Professional

Went to see Dr. Sousa on Friday for my 7 year old son. He was very nice, explain everything and really made my son feel comfortable to speak to him. He also took his time. I was very pleased with him.

He is very knowledgeable in his profession and so sympathetic to patient and family. He is very detailed, addressed our concerns, and answered our questions . He took his time and we didn’t feel rushed. We are so blessed to have found such high caliber of professional and caring human being!!

We have no words ! The most knowledgeable, caring , nicest person who goes out of his way ! Who is available 24/7 . My daughter has the most difficult diagnosis and he nailed it. He looks behind the obvious ! We are so greatful to know him . My daughter really liked him and so did we ! He is above all an excellent doctor and human .

Saved my daughter’s life! She was misdiagnosed by two well respected neurologists We are so thankful we were eventually able to find Dr Sousa and she got the care she needed to heal!

We saw Dr Sousa today and we left feeling so grateful for having seen him for our 8 month old. He was thorough, gentle, reassuring, loving, and sharp...Best combo of intelligence and bedside manner. Our baby loved him and smiled throughout the exam.

We LOVE Dr. Sousa he cares about everyone he steps into his office and will go out of his way for you!! GREAT GREAT Dr. hands down

He is a great doctor he's been taking care of my son since he been 2yrs old and he's now 9. He's flexible with his hours and has great bedside manners he likes to take his time and answer all questions...
