Dr Dominguez has been my child's pediatrician since he was an infant. My son is now 8 years old and actually asks for Dr Dominguez when he does not feel well. Dr Dominguez is patient, kind and thorough. I wouldn't take my son to anyone else.

Front office staff are very friendly. Dr. Dominguez is very knowledgeable regarding symptoms & identifying illnesses. Thankfully, he is not a doctor who thinks medication is needed for EVERY diagnosis. He is attentive to his patients & truly cares for the families that he serves. I highly recommend Dr. Dominguez for all your children & young adults’ needs.

He is attentive and thorough, he takes his time talking to you. You never feel rushed yet you don’t wait forever to see him. His diagnosis is spot on and he is not quick to prescribe unnecessary medicine. We love him and wish we could see him too!!

Since my daughter was born almost a year ago, we've been going to Dr. Dominguez and his practice. I have never had such a marvelous experience with a doctor, nurse practitioner, and an entire practice! Everyone is kind, professional and knowledgable. When we first met with Dr. Dominguez shortly after my daughter was born, he addressed all of my first-time-motherly concerns. He answered all of my questions reassuringly and without making me feel bad for asking so many (probably) silly questions.

Recommend to ALL parents, my husband and i feel very comfortable bringing our kids here every check up time and sick visit . Plus we are never left waiting long, alway's in and out in the same hour. Thank you Mr Roland Dominguez as well as his Nurse Practicioner & staff. I'm so Glad I chose you for my 4 kids You never fail us.

Dr. Dominguez is like family! We transferred to San Antonio a little over a year ago and we were lucky to find him. My kids are usually healthy but due to some circumstances they have been experiencing a rough patch, including a hospitalization. Dr. Dominguez is extremely knowledgeable and is taking great care of my children. He also has an amazing staff!!! We plan to settle down in San Antonio and my kids will remain in Dr. Dominguez's care until they are adults! I strongly recommend him.
