Dr. Roger Myers, DMD

Doctor Myers is one of the best dentists around, I've had a tooth pulled in a difficult position and he was the only person that could do it. I'm looking forward to another visit to get work done on another tooth.

Very good experience with my wisdom teeth being removed. No pain or swelling. I would recommend Dr. Myers to anyone.

The first time i choose Dr.Myers for my oral extraction for my back teeth because they infected and no hope of saving them, ok great. After i woke up from my sedation however, the lower part of my chin was numb and when i called the office about it, they said it was on a nerve and was prone to happen. This happened in 2016 and its still numb. Fast forward to now 2022 and three of my teeth need to be pulled but i was focused more on the one thats making my face swell. Everything goes well, except for the fact that after driving an hour outside of the town where i live and sitting another hour to bee seen, they tell me my insurance isn't accepted anymore and i would pay close to $800 for one tooth. Pick someone else for your oral surgery. As professional as he claims to be, its not worth it.

2 days before my appointment I get a phone call that they will not be able to see me because they no longer accept my insurance. I waited a whole month for nothing... I would not recommend this place to anybody .. now I got to find an oral surgeon that can do what he can't

Dr. Myers is great. However, is office staff is incompetent. We waited over an hour for him to arrive at the scheduled appointment. We did not hear anything from his office for over 6 months. Then we received a bill for the balance. I called and they stated that the insurance would not pay. I explained that the insurance has always paid every doctor that we have been to. I called the insurance company and did a three way with his office staff. The insurance stated that they would pay. I received a letter from the insurance company stating that they had a paid and a refund was due from Dr. Myers office. I called and they stated that there was a zero balance, no refund due. After much discussion with two separate office staff, they said that a refund is due and they would mail it to me. If I had not have called and had a discussion with his office, I would never had received the refund that was due.

He has done surgery on three of my children, and has always taken great care of them. I love the staff and nurses as well. They are very accommodating to my schedule and questions that I've had along the way.
