I have been a patient of Dr. Eppstein for the past six years. His practice is well organized and responsive to his patient's needs. He is very thorough and has a relaxed, gentlemanly demeanor. I have never felt rushed in my interactions with him. He has a willingness to engage and discuss any medical concern I may have and that is greatly appreciated.

I have not personally met Dr. Epstein he was the on-call for my Dr. which is Dr. Steven Johnson. I had what I considered an emergency by my standards as a patient. He was extremely rude said that he had been disturbed many times this evening 03/11/2021. NEWS FLASH you’re the ON-Call Physician DOC! Which means sick people will be calling we’re in the middle of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. If he’s like this over the phone I could only imagine his bedside manor. I will not only be writing a review here I will be writing one on all social media sites directly tied to USMD- Clearfork. If he doesn’t enjoy what he does or doesn’t have the natural capacity to extend GRACE to the ill he needs to retire or regroup. He truly had a disgusting attitude towards patients the morning/evening 3/11/2021.
