I've been trying to straighten out a claim from 6 months ago. They won't return my calls or emails. They have absolutely ZERO interest in responding because they made me pay for this procedure in full up front even though I had insurance. Not only that, but they got paid by my insurance 5 months ago and sat on that money (which was mine) all this time. It's still not the right amount, but they have no interest in discussing it with me and Dr. Childress has no interest in getting involved and totally avoided taking any responsibility. I'm STILL dealing with it.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Childress to anyone needing oral surgery. He is compassionate and extremely gentle and genuinely cares for his patient's well being. He said a prayer with me before my surgery and that touched my heart more than he will ever know. He treated my aun years ago so when I found out I needed a wisdom tooth extracted, I requested him. He called me that evening to check on me and gave me his cell number. He is one of a kind! Thank you Dr. Childress and for your service!!

He's so smart, he should have been a brain surgeon instead of an oral surgeon. I love his personality and he has a great sense of humor too. He always gives a follow-up call the next day to check on the patient. He loves the Lord and gives his time to go on medical/dental mission trips with his church.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr Childress. He made her feel very comfortable. He wheeled her out to her car, instead of having his assistant do it. He also called to check on her while on vacation with his wife. That to me is deserves 5 stars.
