12K wasted and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was asked to come into the office and take more pictures and then NOTHING. Even worse is the lack of any real response when reaching out to them about my being unhappy with the result. Go elsewhere.

My experience working with Dr. Roger has far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Roger is real and honest about what to expect prior to, during, and after surgery. His entire staff is absolutely amazing. He is always available and answered questions and concerns I had even on the weekends. He made me feel comfortable and safe in his care. My results are amazing!

Dr. Bassin is an amazingly skilled surgeon and I am proud to be his patient for over eight years. Dedicated, compassionate, knowledgable and thorough, I have had only outstanding results in a variety of procedures. His staff is equally superb and everyone at his office is compassionate and caring. I love the way I look today because of Dr. Bassin and his staff.

Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Roger were wonderful! I truly believe they are happy to be there and happy to help. Dr. Roger has taken his time with me and my procedure making sure I am 100% happy! I couldn't ask for a better group to work with and trust!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Roger and his team. They are always available to answer and questions I have. I knew it was a great fit for me as soon as I walked in.

DO NOT GO TO DR. BASSIN! This was the worst and most Painful Experience of my life…. Dr. Bassin changed my life dramatically eight months ago. It is just now that I can write about it and want to warn others. My eyes burn every day. I do not know if this man is a competent physician. I do know that he 1. Does not explain his procedures well / written info is incomplete 2. Dr. Bassin’s told me he was chewing on my eyelid skin 3. He inflicts intense pain and does not stop or make an effort to mitigate the pain. He works faster and slides you out 4. He lied to Medicare of costs and procedure. They are investigating this. 5. He has NO after-care. He operates, puts you out the back door, and does not follow up on his work. Do not go to this man! He should not be allowed to practice medicine of any type. The Hippocratic Oath states that the physician ‘shall do no harm.’ He inflicted pain and harm. My eyes will bother me for the rest of my life. I wake in the mornings, thinking of the pain.

Dr Bassin and his staff were amazing! The results of my facelift were better than I could even imagine! I would recommend the Bassin Center to anyone looking to look younger!

He is awesome! I'm 4 days out of surgery and all is well! So glad I did this!

I would not recommend Dr Bassin for any type of facial surgery. The consultation was cursory, the procedure was barbaric (I was awake for the brow lift), the results were marginal and after a year , I still have no feeling around my face and all the way back to the crown on my left side. I regret the day I stepped into his office.

Roger Bassin came through when many did not . I have a great life now that my eyes are no longer 'droopy.

Dr. Bassin will put you at ease the moment that you meet him. I had made the appointment on the spur of the moment, and, a few days later, I was questioning myself--what if it goes wrong, what was I thinking etc. Those thoughts quickly evaporated when I met Dr. Bassin. He shows you before and after pictures, and walks you through the procedure of what he will be doing. All I know is that it was the one of the very best decisions that I have ever made. Thank you Dr. Bassin and Amy!!!

Over the past 10 years often thought of plastic surgery. Then saw Dr Bassin on the Dr Oz show, It was about some sort of Lipo . I called Bassin Center . Had a good conversation and set a date. I can not express how fast and almost painless the procedure was. Not to mention My wife says I look younger than my 65 years,

My Lipo did the trick. My life is better for sure Thank You to all the staff . Especially Dr Bassin Good job !

Best Doctor I have ever known. This guy really spent the time to explain everything . The good and bad. The surgery came out great !
