Remove a knot from hand
Every one was wonderful, the check in all the way to check out. His nurse was amazing made me feel very comfortable.The Dr himself was very polite, understanding and friendly. He asked the right questions and explained everything that needed to be done. The procedure went smoothly and calmly, explaining everything he was doing. And made me feel so relaxed.

Appendectomy
Dr. Mewbourne preformed my appendectomy at Sumner Regional Hospital. I was treated wonderfully and he made sure I was pain free while awaiting my surgery. Dr. Mewbourne explained what to expect with the surgery, how long it would take and how I would feel after the surgery before being taken down to surgery. Anesthesia did a great job as well. I would highly recommend him for any surgery!

Surgeon
Dr. Mewbourne was assigned my case while in the ER. It was identified that my problem was my gallbladder and I needed to have surgery. He was very nice, talked to me so I understand everything about what would happen. After the procedure he made sure I fully understood what had happened and why I was a difficult case. I was the worst he had experienced and took longer than normal. I will use him for any future procedures needed. Thank you Dr. Mewbourne I feel 100 time better.

In Office Surgery
Dr. Mewbourne is a skilled and caring surgeon. He and his team reviewed my health history; described all steps of my procedure; answered billing questions; and made time to do the procedure on the same day as my first visit. Dr. Mewbourne's style is casual while being reassuring. He clearly communicated to me during the procedure and advised me of my two week recovery process which removed any confusion on what I needed to do and how he would be available any time to answer my questions. Great team and superb surgeon!!

Dr. Mewbourne and Ms. Gena
Ms. Gena was absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was a big part of her family. She held and cried with me like I was her sister. I cannot thank you enough, Ms. Gena! Dr. Mewbourne was very thorough with everything he did. He has an awesome bedside manner, very respectful and respectable. Thank you, Dr. Mewbourne!!

Professional and friendly doctor and staff
I felt very comfortable and in good hands for the procedure there in the office. Dr Mewbourne talked to me through the entire procedure and explained everything he was doing before during and after the procedure.
