VERY upsetting health care here
I saw Levi Stone & other NP's in his office. The office, nurses, and providers are deplorable. It took two and half weeks to get Rx filled that I had 1 yr refill on a mistake on their side. 7 calls later & ran out of a important med for 1 week to get it refilled. It took the office 32 days to get my results to me on an ultrasound that Radiologist recommended biopsy due to possible cancer. I'm a cancer survivor X2 in my chart. Called the office twice for results each time they stated results weren't there, they were all along. Nurse called me back when I was looking for the results. Nurse said, 'your looking to have an Ultrasound? You have to come into the office, you haven't been here in over a year'. I WAS THERE 2 WEEKS AGO and had already had the ultrasound that they ordered. Went in for a yearly physical, NP NEVER examined me. NP asked if up on mammography, had mastectomy 6 yr ago. AGAIN couldn't get Rx refilled nurse was sick all week 6 calls to O. Mang. wouldn't call back

Unpredictable, unprofessional, unavailable, unethical. He is so busy creating new "income streams" to sell it appears he has no time to actually practice medicine. I confronted him about canceling several of my appointments. I had to see the nurse practioner I didn't know. I expressed my frustration to staff about the continued cancelation of my appointments. Apparently (he stated) staff told him "I complained about him". Based on my "complaint" he told me he could no longer see me as a patient and find a new doctor. No notice, no plan to address my current medical situation at my "appointment" I thought I was there for. His only concern I had said I frustrated with him and expressed it to a staff person. My opinion he was upset to be confronted by a woman. Dr Jason Laningham gave me ZERO notice after 13 years as his patient. Abandoning me to cope with medical issues. To add to this he was not even willing to providing my typical 90 day refills to give me time to find a new doctor.

I have been seeing this doctor for about eight years. Great staff and they do lab work on site; no driving all over for it. I have no complaints at all.

I have always waited until after my appointment time at the Willis location and often had to wait at the Conroe location. About 18 mos ago they did the diagnosis for my diverticulitis. The staff typically acted like they had other things to do when you tried to get information. Today was the last straw. I have my first major flare up since the diagnosis and am in so much pain. I calmed them at 1:15 PM to see if they could call in the same scrips as last time. They said they could. At 2:49 they call me back and say they can’t and that I have to come in. I asked if they had any openings or could work me in. They said no and I should go to urgent care (more than double the copay). When I asked if I could get just enough for the weekend they simply said no because it isn’t a maintenance script. Then they left me without any kind of advice or care other than go to urgent care. What kind of patient care is this for someone with a condition that can turn deeply problematic very quickly

Generally friendly staff and great location. I would love to make them my GP, however, they overpriced my first visit. When I went back for a physical, the exam was incomplete and the results were not explained. To get an explanation, required an additional visit fee. This should be part of the original fee. Their recommendations were based upon "pat answers" instead of my specifics (ie. "eat more fish" yet I eat fish 3-4 times a week). Last, they billed my wife 2 years after (too late for ins)!

Dr. Laningham was a total waste of my hard earned money. My appointment was at 3pm, didn't get seen until 4:15pm for about 5 minutes of his time. This was at the Willis office. He didn't want to hear what I had to say, was rude and a complete jerk. I have been to several DR's for my issues and was hoping he could help, but he couldn't be bothered. Worst service I had ever experienced by a professional Dr. On the other hand, Dr Josh Dubose is fantastic, he's the one to see if you must go.

If you are thinking about going to this doctors office, don't. The front desk was rude, the nurse was rude, and doctor Laningham was rude. It was like I was inconveniencing their day by calling. I saw Dr Josh on Friday and he was really nice but the med's he prescribed me were upsetting my stomach. So I called this morning to let them know and they told me I needed to make an apt to get prescribed new ones. Which is no big deal I understood that they would need to see me to prescribe new ones. He takes time to listen to your concerns. On one occasion he thought I had gall stones and ordered a CT Scan but the appointment was for Monday and this was Friday. Saturday morning he called my home asking about me after he had already called the hospital thinking I might have gone to the ER in the night. I was home and on Monday had the scan and discovered I had bile duct cancer a few days later. His compassion for me was more than I expected. That was 8 years ago and I still go to him.
