Dr. Rodney Caniglia, MD

Was greeted with, 'hello, what brings you in today?' Disappointing from the start, PRECHARTing would have helped. I was asked what medications I was on and for how long. Said he did not know how to access other hospital charts when I know for a fact MyChart is easily accessible. Was referred by my primary. Waste of time of a visit, will not be following up with him. Extreamly disappointed.

Went for an ENT check on my sinuses. Doctor explained my head CT scan. He ordered a sleep study. He’s trying to find what is causing my headaches.

He is a knowledgeable doctor however the appointment was rushed, he didn't explain much and basically told me to look up all my symptoms on the internet. For what he diagnosed me with, he didn't ask a prior history on anything. He has questionable bedside manner; he did not explain the medication he put me on or the side effects of the medication. I would be afraid to go back to him if he were my only option.

I was referred by my primary care MD for head pain of unknown cause. Dr. Caniglia was very pleasant and patient while I explained my complicated problem. He figured out was wrong and he fixed it. I am very satisfied with his care and his bedside manner. His office staff was very courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Caniglia for ENT problems.

I came to him after 2 other ENTs refused to treat me. I started with ringing, then unable to pop my ears, couldn't yawn, extreme pressure build up in both ears and vertigo. One ENT said my vertigo had nothing to do with my ears. Er Dr & another said it did. Then after several IC and ER visits, a friend referred Dr Caniglia to me. He listened to me, gave me choices of treatments and tho my ears are still healing, it's better than where I was. ALWAYS get a 2nd, a 3rd opinion if you need to. I thank God & my friend for Dr Caniglia. Great Dr!

Horrible experience! Billed me $500 for a ten second procedure. Would not negotiate fee. Not friendly. You have many other options - explore them and don't use this doctor!

HORRIBLE. AVOID. I had nose surgery with Dr. Caniglia and he LIED to me saying multiple times that it would NOT change the look of my nose.. day of surgery he changed his answer stating look of my nose “probably” won’t change.. result = DISASTER. Nose was still crooked and tip of nose depressed from all the cartilage he took out. This has had such a negative impact on my appearance, life, and my mental health. I had to get a revision surgery to improve both the look and function of my nose.

Dr Caniglia is an amazing doctor, an amazing surgeon and the best bed side manner that I have ever experienced! He always seems to have a smile on his face and always has a comfortable and positive tone in his voice. I for one HIGHLY recommend Dr Caniglia. My primary doctor was right on with her recommendation of him and I'm grateful!

Dr Caniglia was very nice. He was efficient and to the point. He listened to all of my questions and answered accordingly. I felt like he really cared.

I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Caniglia. I am a very anxious person that needs to know everything about my diagnosis, what is happening and what will happen. I needed surgery and he took the time to answer all of my questions, sometimes more than once. He was always patient and understanding which helped lower my anxiety. I was always seen within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time and he never acted in a hurry to end my appointments. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Caniglia is THE man. He is smart, direct, is confident, funny and cares. I am a difficult patient because I always fall in the upper 5% of "this happens rarely" and he and i have become a solid team. We face each diagnosis and go from there. I couldn't have picked a better ENT and doctor.

I recently had a Balloon Sinuplasty and Dr. Caniglia was very patient taking the time to explain the procedure on more than one occasion until I was comfortable with my decision. The staff was incredibly helpful during the surgery scheduling process as well. And, unlike most physician's offices, I was taken right at my appointment time with no waiting. Highly recommend!

I had a very complicated medical problem. I had bee5 to Dr. after Dr. until I was referred by a friend to Dr. Caniglia. What a blessing. He is caring, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. I found his staff to be helpful and professional. I highly reccomend Dr. Caniglia for all your ENT needs.

Do not trust this doctor, he preformed nose surgery for me and he decided to skip the steps of putting splints and packing for my nose, even though just before the surgery he said I would get that in my nose to help with recovery. Now I have even more problems with my nose.

Had an ear problem for several months, promised a referral by my primary, never happened. Problem got so bad that I wound up going to an urgent care in the same medical group, they spotted what the problem was right off the bat, told me to call Dr. Caniglia. His staff were exceptionally rude and combative, even to the point of fighting when I offered to fax over my info. I finally had to contact my insurer, who were able to set up a referral to another ENT in my area.
