Endodontics/root canal
I visited Dr Anthony for a root canal. Due to his carelessness, the drill bit flew off across my face and landed on the floor. My crown also flew out and landed on me. I later confirmed with my own dentist that an upper tooth was chipped as well. I WILL NEVER RETURN!
