If there is a pediatrician with a better bedside manner I haven’t met him. Nicest guy, so caring, so knowledgeable, great with my son.

The first sign of a great pediatrician--ask the child, "Were you scared to go the doctor?" "Who--Dr. Stein? He's funny!" We highly recommend Dr. Stein to all our friends. He has an easy going manner, a charming sense of humor---puts the child (and parents) at ease while being frank and informative as to diagnoses and procedures. We can also recommend his colleagues at Yorktown Peds, on days when Dr. Stein is not in office. The office staff is genuinely caring and helpful as well.

We've been bringing our kids to Dr. Stein and Yorktown Pediatrics for years. Dr. Stein is WONDERFUL and I cannot recommend him enough. Calm, personable and kind, he genuinely cares for his patients and deals equally well with the child as he does the parents.

I LOVE Dr. Stein and he's an awesome Doctor. I worry a lot about my son, as I only have one child and am new to everything, and Dr. Stein never ever makes me feel like I am a burden. At every appointment he takes his time, listens to everything I have to say, goes over everything, and when I ask what I should be concerned about, he explains every single detail to me. After hours, if I speak with an on-call doctor Dr. Stein always follows up with us as well. So happy he's my kids Doctor.

Dr. Stein is wonderful! To the reviewer who complained about being asked their opinion, I actually appreciate that a doctor would ask me what I think about my child's health and treatment plan. Dr. Stein explains the diagnosis and treatment options with the most up to date information. I love that he returns calls and remembers my kids and I. I've been to offices where your just one out of dozens of patients and the Dr. is rushing through the appointment. Dr.Stein provides high quality care!

I love Dr. Stein, my daughter (3) and my son (2) have both seen him since birth, and they both adore him. I love that I can call him anytime I have an issue, and he can advise me if I should take them to the ER, or if I should bring them in after hours. As for the other reviewer who complained that he asked for the parents opinion- he does that with me, but I appreciate him actually listening to me, instead of talking at me. I don't need to go to medical school to know when something is wrong.

Never have I seen a more unprofessional doctor as him. Child like behavior. OMG! Very nice man, warm, funny but not at the right time. If I wanted to be a doctor I would have went to medical school. Please stop asking what I think about my child and there condition at the time of the visit I’m here to get your professional opinion and treatment
